Caro pra o que nos dao
Pros:

A simpatia do pessoal

Cons:

O ar condicionado é controlado centralmente e depende de pedir ao funcionário.
O pequeno almoço é pouco funcional e não tinha fruta arranjada.
O quarto era muito pequeno
Só tinha um elevador que estava sempre ocupado da parta da manhã.
A localização não é má mas longe do centro

A Parisian jewel with outstanding staff.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, spotless, comfortable rooms, daily room visit to make bed etc, air-conditioning, ice machine and water available 24/7, lift.

Pros:

Przyjemny, niewielki hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Pokoje są małe, ale czyste i zadbane. Dużym plusem było codzienne sprzątanie, regularna wymiana ręczników oraz dobrej jakości kosmetyki dostępne w pokoju. Obsługa była uprzejma i pomocna, a sam obiekt sprawiał dobre wrażenie.

Cons:

Niestety, nasz pobyt nie obył się bez problemów. Zarezerwowałyśmy i opłaciłyśmy droższy pokój z balkonem, jednak po przyjeździe otrzymałyśmy tańszy pokój bez balkonu. Po zgłoszeniu sytuacji poinformowano nas, że następnego dnia zostaniemy przeniesione do właściwego pokoju, ponieważ hotel jest w pełni obłożony. Ostatecznie zmiana nastąpiła dopiero po dwóch nocach, więc przez połowę pobytu korzystałyśmy z pokoju niższej kategorii, mimo że zapłaciłyśmy za wyższy standard.
Kolejnym rozczarowaniem był dostęp do kawy, herbaty i przekąsek, który według informacji hotelu miał być dostępny przez całą dobę. Gdy wieczorem około 22:00 chciałyśmy zrobić sobie herbatę, okazało się, że nie ma czystych kubków, a recepcjonista poinformował nas, że kuchnia jest już zamknięta.
Dodatkowo klimatyzacja działała bardzo słabo. Pokój z balkonem znajdował się od strony ruchliwej i głośnej ulicy, więc przy wysokich temperaturach trudno było znaleźć komfortowe rozwiązanie – przy otwartym oknie przeszkadzał hałas, a przy zamkniętym pokoje szybko się nagrzewały.
Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie ze względu na lokalizację, czystość i codzienny serwis pokojowy, jednak sposób rozwiązania problemu z pokojem oraz kwestie związane z klimatyzacją i dostępnością udogodnień pozostawiły pewien niedosyt.
