Un accueil très chaleureux du personnel fantastique et professionnel sans oublier la bonhumeur et l'humour de Sébastian et le sourire de Clélia ainsi qu' Anthony. Nous avons découvert cet hôtel et nous sommes ravis de tous les services qui nous ont été proposés. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lorsque nous envisagerons nos prochaines vacances. L'emplacement était parfait proche des Champs-Élysées et de l'Opéra et des cafés et restaurants j'aime bien prendre de temps en temps un café dehors et j'en ai trouvé un juste devant. Une très belle équipe et un professionnel à la hauteur. MERCI BEAUCOUP 🌷💕

Très agréable séjour
Pros:

Il est à 5minutes des champs Élysées, on trouve tout à proximité, personnel accueillant, chambre calme, très belle salle de bain

Cons:

Les chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que ce qu’on voit sur les photos, heureusement qu’il y avait le petit balcon pour s’aérer un peu

The location only!

Cons:

I stayed there for five nights, and the heating in my room wasn't working, making it very cold. I informed the reception several times, but each time I received a different answer. Additionally, the room wasn't cleaned properly; the bins were not emptied, and the balcony was dirty as well. The room was super small.

Дали номер, не тот за который платили.
Платили за номер который дороже, а дали, который дешевле. Но так как приехали ночью, уставшие не было сил ругаться
