The hotel is one of the worst in Paris!!The double room I had booked was one of the smallest I have seen in my life!It was so small that while I was trying to enter with my suitcase, I hit my body myself several times by bumping on the wall. Since I am slim, I imagine that a person with more weight could never get in!! The furniture were old and worn, almost dated like 30 years ago. The bathroom was also old and very small and in the bathtub only half of my body could fit it!

The breakfast was served in an external closed and very small space and it was one of the worst I have ever experienced.There was only a few croissants, cheese and ham, coffee and juice and nothing else.

I am surprised that the rating of the hotel is 4.1 here, as in my opinion it shouldn't have more than 1.5 !! Don't go to this hotel!Save your money for a hotel where people respect you as a customer!

Good location . Reception service was mediocre and staff were not friendly. Breakfast was not good as I expected . Ventilator already old and broken yet we were asked to pay for damages even though we barely touched.

Our stay was great, the room, the location, etc. The staff members were particularly wonderful. They enabled us to check in a little bit early, which was appreciated, as my husband was experiencing back pain. Also, they were very helpful with suggestions regarding local happenings.

I stayed for four nights. The room was economy class, but the size was perfectly adequate.
For Japanese guests, the bed size was just right, and it was very comfortable to sleep in.
Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff provided pleasant service.
I saw in other reviews that the smoked salmon was tasty, but it wasn't available this time. However, the cheese, croissants, and scrambled eggs were all delicious!
The bathroom bathtub had a transparent door. However, when taking a shower, water leaked from the bottom of the door and wet the floor, so I felt this needed improvement.
All the hotel staff were very kind, and I had a truly pleasant stay.
I would like to stay here again next time.

The location was perfect, with many restaurants and cafés just steps away (I loved trying Italian, Chinese, and Thai), plus great shopping nearby. The room was comfortable, and although a little noisy in the early mornings, overall the experience was wonderful. The warmth of the staff made all the difference, truly a beautiful stay

The stay was perfect, the beds were the best hotel beds I have stayed in in a long time and the staff were lovely. Only improvement I would love to see is a better breakfast, but besides that the place cannot be faulted

One night stay was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Local bakery was incredibly delicious! Close proximity to metro and Gare Saint Lazare. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator, and hot water for tea and coffee. Would stay again.

L'hôtel est peut-être bien, en général. Mais je n'ai pas pu le vérifier car on m'a mis dans une chambre qui donnait directement dans le hall. On y entendait les clients qui rentrent tard, les poubelles qui sont sorties à 4h30. Sa fenêtre donnait sur une courette qui est éclairée toute la nuit et , pas de chance, les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. Donc il y fait jour toute la nuit.
L'hôtel 4 etoiles est peut-être bien, en général, mais quand on a une chambre comme celle là, on ne la propose pas aux clients. Moi, je n'y retournerai pas.
