Delightful Hotel!
Pros:

Really lovely and very helpful staff! Great position as it’s not noisy. Close to the northern rail out to Giverny (Monet’s Garden). One of the bigger rooms we have had in Paris. The rooms with a balcony are better but only have a 5’ bed. Bijou but fine if you are out most of the day!

Cons:

Not easy getting bags up or down the spiral stairs case. The lift does not work all the way. The staff helped when they could.

The staff Julie on Duty was very very good asw ell as the night duty manager on our arival was very friendly and warm all the time
we had fun time in comparison with Hyatt Regency

Great value and very kind staff!
Pros:

Staying for a week with my kid; very comfortable bed and room. We arrived during the heat wave, and I'm glad the air conditioning is strong. It's a lifesaver, especially since we moved out of a hotel without A/C in Paris....We have everything we need in the room, and the room service is very good. The breakfast is delicious and special thanks to Julie and Aune for their kind welcome and service during our stay. And the location is great, close to everything.
