Hotel Palm - Astotel

Warm welcome/reception. Our room was what we needed and wanted and loved the chilled atmosphere. We felt welcome and at home. Our breakfast was exceptional and we enjoyed the snacks available.

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room with a balcony view of the Eiffel Tower at the Hotel Palm and were beyond happy with the whole experience! Staff were friendly and attentive, and spoke great English (our French is very limited). Our bed was comfy and the room was always clean and tidy when we returned after being out all day. The mini-fridge in the room was free (a welcome surprise!) and restocked each day as well. We enjoyed a coffee and croissant from the 'open bar' in the lobby on a morning, and the location was ideal (5 minute walk from Cadet metro station and 10 minutes to Montmartre/Sacré-Cœur). We will definitely be staying at Astotel again in the future!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Felt so welcome from the second we walked in. The hotel was warm and cosy and the room spotless. Also really quiet despite our room facing a fairly busy road.

Very close to a metro station and buses right outside the door. We walked most places though as it’s quite central. Just 15 minutes to Gare du Nord, too.

The little extras made the stay so special - the open bar, free mini bar and the ability to use the afternoon snack bar at the sister hotels was a huge advantage, especially on the rainy days! More city chain hotels should take note! Excellent value for money.

Breakfast was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Will definitely go back - wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else in Paris.

This hotel is fine. But in no way should it be considered a top 80 hotel in Paris (#78 on here at this writing).

On the positive side- it was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the free mini bar in the room was a nice touch. Location-wise, it’s about a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, and five minutes from metro line 4.

Get the Eiffel Tower view room if an outdoor space is important to you- but don’t expect to actually see the tower without leaning over the railing a bit. Those rooms also come with a slanted shower, so if you’re tall, that’s going to be pretty uncomfortable.

Breakfast is just ok; you’re better off stopping somewhere for a coffee and a croissant. They are also doing some renovating, so there is construction sheeting at the elevator.

All in all, this is an ok place to stay for a few nights. Anything longer, look somewhere else for your comfort.

The service at Hotel Palm was truly impeccable from start to finish. I encountered a small glitch on my booking, but the Director, Phuong, stepped in immediately and resolved it with impressive speed and professionalism. As a nice bonus, we were upgraded to a better room, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I’ve always loved the Astotel group for their consistent quality and attention to detail, and Hotel Palm absolutely lived up to those expectations. Highly recommend. Prrfect blend of comfort, location, and exceptional hospitality!

This really was a wonderful surprise. I absolutely loved my stay here. It is near Sacré-Cœur, in Montmartre. This place is well connected with several metro lines. And hospitality is great.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Palm with a large group of high school students, as part of an international trip for a class. Accommodating a group of 20, especially when most of them are teenagers, comes with plenty of complications, and the staff at this hotel were fantastic at every step! The breakfast and complementary snacks were also really high quality. I would definitely stay again.

There was a lot of restaurants and bars at a reasonable walking distance. The room is just like the pictures and very clean. The staff were super nice and helpful!

Excellent position, within walking distance from Gare du Nord and the city center.
