Hotel Acadia - Astotel

I recommend this hotel. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and several others nearby, so it's very convenient. You can also walk to the Opera House and the Louvre Museum. And after all, the hotel staff is very friendly.
The hotel's good location and the staff's excellent customer service! When I go to Paris again, I want to stay at this hotel.

Hotel consigliatissimo per un weekend a Parigi. Camere pulite, moderne e silenziose. Abbiamo apprezzato molto i servizi gratuiti della catena Astotel, come il minibar in camera e l'open bar pomeridiano/serale. Posizione ottima per muoversi sia a piedi (Opera e Louvre vicini) che con i mezzi pubblici (siamo a due passi dalla metro Grands Boulevardsi). Nota di merito per l'accoglienza di Noemi e la professionalità di Louise a colazione. Rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente per la zona.

Struttura in ottima posizione e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto, camera pulita e accogliente con possibilità di buffet gratuito durante il giorno. Personale accogliente, in particolare Noemi è stata molto gentile e disponibile in alcune nostre richieste. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Wonderful hotel. Excellent location-close to metro, restaurants, shops and cafes. Very clean. Staff was very helpful especially Noemi. We had to change our flight and needed to stay another day. She couldn’t accommodate us but booked us a room at a nearby Astotel! Thank you Noemi! I would definitely return.

Staff are very professional and friendly. They always met us with a smile that made the stay feel warm. The location is very good. Room size was good. And the free pastries and snacks made us made the hospitality experience warm and pleasant.

Stayed for two nights with my daughters in the family rooms (one double and one with two single beds connected by an outer door). Clean and functional.
Free restocked mini bar and lobby snacks/drinks were a good extra. Reception team were all welcoming and friendly. Location was great, very near to cafes, metro, restaurants (try the one directly opposite Les Fils a Maman). Second time staying at an Astotel (previously went to the Palm) and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. For a solid 3*, good location and price, don't hesitate to book.

All of the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and my stay here made me love Paris even more.

Charming little hotel in a buzzing area of Paris where people really live, not just visit. Bedroom clean, bed comfortable, quiet (Room 603 on 6th floor). Big windows ensured plenty of light. Freshly decorated. Bathroom shower good.

Nice to be welcomed with a choice of soft drinks in the little room fridge. Also a welcome touch that guests can help themselves with decent coffee and pastries/ biscuits and nuts from the reception area and if you happen to be passing another Astotel Group hotel in Paris you can do the same there with proof of your booking.

Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. We particularly enjoyed MonBleu that is within 5 mins walk.

A particular shout out to Naomi on reception who was charming, warm and helpful.

We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel: the Louvre, An Art Deco exhibition in the Museum of Modern Art (terrific), Tuileries Gardens, the Seine. And also walked from the Gare du Nord.

I should knock off a half a star as the fire alarm went off both mornings, (but no fire detected). However as I was up and dressed already I’ve give it a pass. If it is still happening and cause not detected when we return in a couple of weeks I would find it rather unsettling.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Acadia. The room was perfectly clean, well-prepared, and very comfortable. Everything was arranged thoughtfully, which made the experience even more pleasant.

The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh options.

Overall, the hotel felt warm and hospitable, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return in the future.
