I feel lucky to have stayed here - a superb experience.
Pros:

What a little gem of a hotel! The friendly, knowledgeable staff go out of their way to support and help their guests. The property is kept in tip top condition and perfectly clean. Its location in the 9th Arrondissement puts it close to everything and next to a load of wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The beds are a dream- so comfortable! I just can’t say enough about how great it is ❤️

Ho molto apprezzato la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni, la presenza del parquet e non della moquette, la dotazione giornaliera gratuita di bevande in camera e di snack nell'hall dell'albergo. Anche le dimensioni delle camere sono state molto comode, sia nella doppia sia nella tripla; molto buona anche la doccia spaziosa e la presenza di canali italiani nella televisione. Gustosa la colazione, da migliorare solo le bevande erogate dal distributore automatico cge inevitabilmente be penalizza la qualità. Da lodare la gentilezza del personale. Molto buona anche la posizione, in zona centrale e tranquilla, vicinissima alla metro e a svariati ristoranti. Per noi è stato un ottimo soggiorno che consiglio vivamente, per quel che so superiore agli standard parigini.

Emplacement idéal. En plein coeur de Paris, à deux pas d'une station de métro et à distance pédestre de points d'attention.
Accueil très chaleureux.
Chambres spacieuses et récemment rénovées.
Quartier calme. Nous dormions à rue et n'avons pas entendu un bruit.
Mini bar offert dans la chambre et openbar à l'accueil de 14 à 22h dans l'hôtel mais aussi accessible dans les autres hôtels de la chaîne. Idéal pour une pause boisdon ou toilettes.

We felt very comfortable during our stay in hotel Acadia. The room and hotel overall were very clean and well kept. Staff were always available and friendly. The free drinks in our room's mini bar and in the lobby make you feel really welcome. The location is very good too. Would definitely recommend and come back.

很友善的员工，下午大堂里有免费茶点，还有小冰箱的饮料都是免费的，这些四、五星酒店都没有的offer，会让住客有宾至如归的感觉。房间宽敞，床也很舒服。

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le personnel de l’hôtel, toujours souriant, chaleureux et accueillant. Tout était parfait ! L’hôtel était très propre et son emplacement était idéal. Il a largement dépassé mes attentes.

Choisissez cet hôtel sans hésiter ! Des boissons gratuites étaient disponibles dans le réfrigérateur, ainsi que des petites douceurs offertes gratuitement dans le hall.

Pros:

Very nice hotel for the location and the money. Can’t go wrong for budget travelers but of course expect small room and tight space.

Cons:

Walls are a bit too thin. Noise from adjacent rooms comes through easy.

The room was clean and modern like in the pictures. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning ideal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel offers refreshments and coffee and snacks for free, while the minibar also offers some refreshment for free.
The location is very central and quiet at the same time.

Cons:

The closet is open (shelf-like) and generally small and there was a bit of dust on the closet floor. Nonetheless, let's repeat that the room was generally very clean.

It's Paris, so the room is not super spacious, and it didn't offer an iron. I guess we could have asked at the desk, but still.
