Very comfortable room. Accommodating and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Loved the rooftop bar with great views. (The attached nightclub a little noisy, but didn’t bother us.). We did have to take the subway to most of the sites, and got a little frustrated with that because of trouble using our credit cards in the ticket machines, which kept asking for a pin.). We enjoyed our stay very much!!!! Thank you!

Our room was ready which was good. They did not say anything about the room when we were escorted in. Nothing was plugged in and the plugs were to short so the coffee maker and tea pot had to be on the floor. The phone in the bedroom did not work because a plug was missing. The furniture looked to be from the 50's and in poor shape. The room was never cleaned. We were supposed to get 2 free drinks but through our status on Hotels.com but that did not happen. I would not stay in this area again and definately no in this hotel

Really nice hotel, Fabulous staff; both helpful and accommodating. Great rooms with relaxing showers and very comfortable beds. I recommend the rooftop terrace for great views of the city. Terrific location, close to Gard De Nord and two Metro stops (Anvers/Pigalle)

All was good. Staff were very nice, property is old but well maintained and clean. Close to Moulin Rouge and Montmartre but lots of sex related shops around. Little far from tourists activities sight. But close to subway station and bus stop. Overall I had a good experience.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. A bit dark though. The highlight was the roof deck. Best views of Paris!!!

Our room was not cleaned properly the second day- no clean glasses, coffee cups, towels,- dirty dishes left in the bathroom sink
Some one did come up when we called but it was disappointing that we had to call for the service

The hotel is in a fairly good location, close to Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur, with easy metro access to get into the city centre, though it’s a little further out. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the facilities needed. The interiors were stylish, but the room could use a refresh in places, as there were some patches of flaky paint and signs of damp. One drawback was the noise on Saturday night from the club opposite and the busy street, but this was only an issue for that night. Overall, a comfortable stay with good amenities and a convenient base for exploring the area.

Charming 'old school' hotel with a delightful rooftop bar affording views of nearby Sacre Coeur and across Paris to the Eiffel Tower.
Helpful staff and a pretty good breakfast too.
Easy to walk to local bars and restaurants, also the Metro is quite close (Pigalle or Anvers).

My family and I were guests at the hotel for five days. The carpet had bleach stains and looked dirty. We never recieved full rolls of toilet paper, so my family and I felt like we had to conserve our use of paper. At the time my children had colds, but the tissue box would be left empty and was not replaced. We had to request toilet paper and tissues. There was one day when our room was not cleaned. This

Highly recommend the breakfast package for 16 euros, and the roof top patio.

Great stay with easy access to the metro from Pigalle-station! Would love to have more fresh fresh fruits on the breakfast but the overall a nice and clean experience. The rooftop bar has som good views!

Good price. Great view from the roof terrace but beware it might not be open. On our second night it was booked out for a private event and we’d gone back specifically to spend time on it.

We had a room on the top floor with really nice features like gable windows, and a huge bathroom.
