They stole my money and the hotel is tiny and dirty
Pros:

Nothing. The rooms are tiny and dirty. The hotel were offered a refund on their commission from booking.com in order to refund me for a nights stay and they kept the money for themselves and didn’t pass it on

Cons:

The rooms are so small. Barely anywhere to hang clothing, no drawers. Didn’t bother to unpack. Very dark. The toilet is inside a cupboard with no windows so you’re essentially going to the toilet in the bedroom. The lift isn’t really to be used so get used to lots of stairs. It’s dirty.

Mooi hotel, op praktische locatie.
Pros:

De ligging was enorm praktisch. Op wandelafstand van de metro.

Cons:

Het bed was langs de kleine kant, en de hoofdkussens waren oncomfortabel. Het ontbijt was zeer beperkt wat eerder een teleurstelling was.

Perfect location, nice rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Bonne situation, propre, jolie décoration, excellent petit déjeuner

Cons:

Les chambres sont trop petites (une fois la valise ouverte, difficile de circuler voire d’ouvrir les portes)

Es gab bei 40C Hitze keine Klimaanlage, es war unerträglich. Es wurde kein Discount angeboten, es wurde sich auch nicht entschuldigt. Es war schlimm.

Pros:

Great location! You have everything close by: the subway, supermarkets, bus stops, restaurants, cafés, and much more.

Cons:

However, there is no air conditioning, only a fan. It was 35°C during my stay in Paris, and the room was incredibly hot. On top of that, the hotel has very strict cancellation and refund policies, making it difficult to resolve the issue.

Pros:

The location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect to reach all the tourist attractions.
The area the hotel is in it nice and clean, there are loads of food spots around, ice cream place and small bars to enjoy a drink. The Jungle Palace is also a 10 minute walk away from the hotel! The metro was very accessible, as well as corner shops to get water and any other necessity from with a few ones to pic from.
The room and the premise was very clean and well presented.
The staff were very cordial and efficient.
You can leave your bags there if you have an early check out and later flight without any extra fees, they are kept safe next to the staff's office and are labelled with numbers which you'll get a copy of so you can rest assured nobody is going to get your bag by mistake.
There are towels, hairdryer, slippers provided as well as a safe for passports etc.
There is shampoo and body wash, body lotion and hand soap.
There was a fan in the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately we visited in the middle of a very intense heat wave and the AC was not working for the whole of our stay which made sleeping a bit challenging. The room was constantly hot day and night.
Our room was small but manageable as we only stayed for w nights and didn't have too much with us but for a longer stay maybe it would be a small room, I guess it depends of preference.

Enjoyed our visit. Felt comfortable and well cared for. Would stay here again.
Pros:

We stayed in the junior suite and although slightly smaller than expected, was comfortable for 3 adults if you don't plan on spending much time in the room. Beds were comfortable and facilities clean and in good order.
Good selection of breakfast ranging from pastries, cold meats, toast, yoghurt and some hot foods (chicken sausages, scrambled eggs and pancakes), as well as hot and cold drinks.
Staff were very friendly and happy to help with anything.

Cons:

If you planning on spending more than just sleep time in your room, consider that there is not much sitting space in the junior suite - the second bed is made into a double from a fold out sofa so the sitting space is gone. There is a comfortable lounge and outside sitting space on the ground floor though.
The air con was out of order during our visit (sadly during a red warning heatwave) but the hotel emailed us a week before our visit and maintained good comms. When we arrived they had pulled the curtains to keep the room comfortable and started a mobile air con fan which was a welcome relief during the visit.
