WC ist nicht gereinigt worden.
Keine Hacken für Kleider aufhängen.
Kein Kleiderschrank.

Sehr langsamer Lift.

Pros:

The location was great,

Cons:

No fridge which is a problem for those of us that travel with refrigerated medicine . The keys cards stopped working it you put the card next a credit card. The lift was very slow.

Séjour top dans l’ensemble mais quelques points à améliorer
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct mais dans un endroit magnifique pour le manger. Possibilité d’avoir des parapluies en cas de pluie est un vrai plus, chambre très grande, très belle au niveau décoration et propre. L’emplacement était idéal par rapport au sujet de mon séjour.
Personnel de l’hôtel toujours bienveillant et présent pour aider.

Cons:

Les seuls petits bémols que je peux accorder c’est qu’il manque des bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre lors de l’arrivée, le ménage qui m’a été proposé était juste un changement de serviettes et rien d’autre et le dernier point concerne la nuisance sonore, puisque malgré les fenêtres fermées, le bruit était quand même vraiment présent durant mon séjour

When I checked-in, the reception staff failed to inform me the Club rooms AC were not functioning and had to wait 1-2 days until they get them fixed. I initially asked for a change of rooms but was told they were fully booked. I asked again, but this time with a different staff and she was able to give us 2 Superior rooms. The audacity to lie and failure of providing good guest service deserve 1 star review. I also had to request a refund of the rooms rate difference several times and was only told it is under review by their reception manager. They said the refund has been made but could not provide me an invoice/refund confirmation and even an amount. I am still currently waiting for my reimbursement. I now question all the "good" reviews posted for this hotel...

Pros:

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. I also loved the fresh water with mint and lemon available in the lobby all the time. Such a nice touch, thank you!

Pros:

Aspects positifs: chambre confortable, emplacement idéal et petit-déjeuner complet. Climatisation dans la chambre appréciée au vue de la canicule lors de notre séjour. L'accueil était également au top quelque soit la personne présente à la réception. Nous avons également apprécié la présence d'une bonbonne avec de l'eau citronnée et mentholée dans le petit salon lors de nos retours en fin de journée, afin de nous rafraîchir
