The hotel was nice. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a great location. We even had a bathtub.
The staff was very pleasant.
There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the metro is 5 minutes away.
The breakfast wasn't extensive, but typical of a 3-star hotel.
There is no refrigerator in the room, and in the summer it is very hot and you want to have cold drinks on hand.

Very very small, shower tray filled up before we even took a full shower, so had to get done quick before it spilled out in the floor
מיקום מצויין! ברובע שוקק חיים, מסעדות, ברים.. קרוב לתחבורה ציבורית. 2 דק' הליכה לאוטובוס ו- 5 דק למטרו. החדרים אמנם אינם גדולים, אבל נקיים מאד, הצוות היה שירותי והיו אדיבים ומסבירי פנים. מתחת למלון יש מאפייה עם מאפים נפלאים וטריים שיכולנו לקנות ולהתחיל את היום. ברחובות הסמוכים יש המון בולונז'רי עם מאפים ומתוקים ברמה גבוהה וגם מסעדות סושי איכותיות! ממליצה בחום על המלון.

En transit pour une nuit et arrivé à 23h. Personnel attentionné. 15min a pied de gare de l'Est. très propre et calme. climatisé. déco chouette.
chambre un peu petite mais pour une courte nuit en transit, cela convenait parfaitement.
J'ai adoré cet hôtel : l'attention du service, l'accueil chaleureux à la réception, des chambres impeccables, un lit très confortable, une salle de bain agréable et propre. La chambre "cocoon" sous les toits était un vrai plus, et le petit-déjeuner était super complet, avec des produits de qualité. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Slightly noisy at the weekend
We booked a club room, was very comfortable and nice to spend our few days in Paris.
A/c was excellent and needed ;)
It was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Paris streets. It smelt beautiful, was clean and the breakfast was very quaint. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were perfect. The shower was particularly good. It was the perfect location for monte marte without being too close.
The safe did not work, and was not fixed despite reporting it on arrival. I booked as a twin room on booking.com but it wasn’t made clear I had to email the hotel to ensure the room was set up as a twin.

I got bitten by bedbugs!!!! however, the hotel reacted very well and inspected swiftly, assuring me there was no evidence of pests. it’s a very clean place.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, le personnel à la réception sympa.
Je connais très bien le quartier pour y vivre. J'avais besoin de clim… Pas de chance, j'ai eu la chambre n°1, la dernière dispo. Au rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur la rue. Très grande, très belle, lit confortable mais pas insonorisée. Ce n'est pas du double vitrage qu'il faudrait... Car, hélas, l'endroit est très bruyant à cause du passage fréquent de véhicules (alors que la rue est petite) et même des passants (surtout quand, tard le soir, un petit groupe s'installe devant votre fenêtre pour discuter… j'ai appris au passage qu'il y a un club à côté !). Sans oublier les vibrations du métro (heureusement que ça s'arrête quelques heures la nuit). Je dors avec des bouchons d'oreille mais pour les vibrations, ça ne sert à rien. Objectivement, je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse la proposer. Bref, c'est cher payé pour aussi mal dormir. J'espère, je pense, que les chambres en étage et côté cour sont mieux loties.
