Nice balcony, but the room was cramped, poorly maintained, and not good value for the pricepoint.
Pros:

The balcony was a real highlight - spacious with a great view. The hotel’s location was also excellent, surrounded by plenty of local cafés and restaurants, and right next to the Moulin Rouge, which was fantastic to experience. It was also conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore the heart of Paris.

We appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary sweets, and the room was equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The room size was significantly smaller than expected, and in our view, the photos do not accurately represent the space. Given the price we paid, this was particularly disappointing. The layout was very cramped—we had to sidestep around the end of the bed just to access the bathroom and balcony.

There was also very limited surface space, to the point where we had to boil water on the bedside table to make tea. Additionally, the shower drain appeared to be blocked, causing water to pool in the base of the shower. We had to pause mid-shower multiple times to prevent it from overflowing onto the bathroom floor.

Finally, the TV was not a smart TV. For a hotel at this price point, we would expect modern amenities such as smart TVs, allowing guests to access their own streaming services.

Overall, the experience did not match expectations for the cost or advertised standard.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Our experience was very pleasant! The rooms are small, as is common in most hotels in Paris, but that didn’t bother us. The staff is amazing, very friendly and always willing to help. The beds are extremely comfortable, which is a very important point for us. The hotel is located in an area with great restaurants and is very close to Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra. They contacted me before the trip and accommodated my request for a street-facing room, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

All in all, a perfect stay in Paris and would definitely stay here again :)
Pros:

We took my parents away for a special birthday trip. We messaged the hotel prior to our stay to ask if we could have nice rooms near to one another. The hotel arranged for a room upgrade for my parents and also added balloons/treats in the room which was a lovely surprise.
The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! The location is fantastic and theres so many great bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
