Noisy hotel and poor customer service
Pros:

Hotel is quite close to Gare du Nord station by foot

Cons:

Very noisy at night from banging doors inside the hotel up until 1/2am. When I communicated this to the lady at reception upon checkout she simply responded with "that's OK. Have a good day", followed by "what do you want?". I had to explain to her I was waiting in the lobby for a taxi. Shocking customer service

Ideal for what we wanted due to its location.
Pros:

Location was excellent for Gare du Nord station. Staff very helpful, and looked after our cases until we were catching our train. Bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Small room, and an even smaller bathroom! Thank goodness I know my husband well!!

Pros:

L'accueil chaleureux, la chambre bien climatisée, propre avec bouilloire pour thé ou café. Nuit calme, petit déjeuner au top...

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner trop climatisée, trop froide...mais je l'ai signalé et ils ont immédiatement remonté un peu la température.
