We arrived back to the hotel at 2am and the area didn’t feel very safe.
Elevator is extremely slow and small. Difficult with multiple bags when you are on the 6th floor.

Great location for Gard du Nord and breakfast was really good.
Pros:

Welcoming staff and great breakfast. Good location for travel to and from Gard du Nord.

Cons:

A bit far from main tourist spots. Had to take a number of metros to reach where we wanted to go and metro disruptions in April meant multiple changes of line to get home at night.
