Lovely hotel, great location near Metro.
Pros:

The hotel was close to the Metro with easy access to Paris and the surrounding areas.

Staff where friendly and helpful.

The rooms where clean and beds comfortable.
Once the windows where shut the room was quite.

The breakfast was enjoyable - good coffee and fabulous real scrambled eggs. As well as a good selection of fruits and pasteries.
Everything you needed to get going in the morning.

Cons:

Refill of items on Sunday morning for breakfast could be better timed but considering the amount of people in the room the staff did well to be polite and get what was requested.

Hallways in the morning where a bit noisy.

Overall a positive experience.
Pros:

The staff were helpful and courteous. Check in was carried out effiently. I could not find any staff when I checked out.

Good value
Pros:

This was a perfect little hotel for our stay. We are two older women traveling on our own. The hotel was convenient for Gare du Nord (for the Eurostar) and Gare de l’Est (for the train to Strasbourg). There are many restaurants in the neighborhood within walking distance. There is a metro station across the street which you will need if you want to see the city center sights. There are also many Uber drivers in the area so it’s easy to get a ride. The room was very neat and quiet (even on a very busy street). All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Domingo.

Deserves better rating
Pros:

Was a repeat stay and was fully satisfied.

The double rooms are on the larger side given this is Paris. Full cupboard and a mid sized bathroom. Overall very comfortable accommodation.

The breakfast is complete including hot items. Breakfast room is not very big but was never busy.

The lobby is huge and comfortable.

Staff is hospitable.

Would highly recommended if looking for a hotel close to Gare du Nord or Gare del Est.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Bonne situation en ce qui concerne mes rendez-vous.
La chambre était propre, bien isolée du bruit extérieure de la rue. Hôtel calme dans l'ensemble.

Cons:

La décoration de la chambre pourrait-être revue, afin de la mettre au goût du jour. Le tout était un peu vieillot. L'insonorisation pourrait également être améliorée, j'ai bien profité des ronflements de mon voisin, mais ce n'est pas si grave que ça. Par contre le petit-déjeuner est un peu limite, dans le choix et la fraîcheur des produits proposés. Comme les croissants et pains au chocolat et les baguettes pas toujours de la première fraîcheur alors que Paris est réputée pour ça.
