An comfortable, friendly hotel, practical for Gares du Nord et de l'Est
Pros:

Very comfy beds, good bathroom, towels and bedding, spacious room. Helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Lobby area comfortable too. Location ideal for both Gare du Nord et Gare de l'Est. Small hotel with nice atmosphere.

Cons:

Tiny lift difficult for walking frame. Quite noisy outside at night.

Pros:

Habitación confortable con balcón exclusivo, vista amplia a las avenidas. Próximo a Gare de Nord y transporte público. El desayuno es muy rico y placentero. Muy buenos servicios y tienen personal en recepción que hablan español fluido

La estadía fue toda muy buena. El ascensor es pequeño pero su funcionamiento es muy ágil y eficiente.

Excellent Location Near Gare du Nord, but Several Practical Issues for Families
Pros:

The hotel’s location is very convenient, only a short walk from Gare du Nord station and around 10–15 minutes from Gare de l’Est. There are several restaurants nearby, making it easy to find dining options. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and the air-conditioned rooms were particularly appreciated during the warm summer weather.

Cons:

The elevator is extremely small and cannot accommodate a baby stroller, which meant carrying it up and down the stairs. With luggage, the lift can generally only be used by one person at a time.

The room itself was relatively small, and the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, which required extra care when sleeping with a baby to avoid the gap between the mattresses.

The bathroom could be improved. The bathtub had no shower screen, making it easy to splash water outside. The toilet flush button appeared faulty, as it remained stuck after flushing and had to be manually released before it could be used again. In addition, the translucent bathroom window had no blind or shutter, which affected privacy.

The television was an older model without modern smart features such as YouTube or streaming applications.

Another inconvenience occurred during our early morning check-out. A housekeeping trolley had been left in the narrow corridor, completely blocking the passage. We were unable to move our luggage and baby stroller to the reception and had to urgently ask staff to clear the way. As we were trying to catch a train from Gare de l’Est, this created unnecessary stress and delay.

Overall, while the location and staff were good, we felt that the room facilities, maintenance, and overall comfort did not fully justify the total cost of approximately €214 plus city tax.

Durch die verkehrsgünstige Lage akzeptabel
Pros:

Gefallen hat die Lage, die vekehrsgünstig zur Innenstadt war und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Das Bett war gut, die Bettwäsche und Kissen weniger. Durch Doppelverglasung drang der Strassenlärm nicht sehr ins Zimmer im 2. Stock.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und die Zimmerausstattung auch sehr spartanisch. Das Bad hatte eine defekte Dusche und keinen Wasserschutz gegenüber dem Raum. Spiegeltür am Kleiderschrank war gesprungen und mit einem einfachen Klebeschreifen repariert.

Pros:

O atendimento é excelente e o Hotel é muito próximo da Gare du Nord. Os funcionários são simpáticos e educados. O café da manhã é adequado e suficiente. Voltaria, com certeza.

Cons:

O box do banheiro é pequeno até para o padrão europeu, mas não comprometeu.

Me permet d'aller a CDG rapidement le matin.

Manque d'isolation sonore. Donc quand certains clients font du bruit dans les couloirs il vaut mieux avec des boules quiès si on est sensible

Good location, reasonable price, breakfast nice.

Cons:

Reception staff were okay, appeared bored in their jobs, not rude but not very enthusiastic, felt just processed and moved back to computer screen.
Compared to my stay 2 years ago I was disappointed as I remember getting more friendly reception service.
