Local bom para se locomover, mas não volto a me hospedar.
Pros:

Manutenção ruim, fiquei duas noites sem ar condicionado e Paris com muito calor.

Great stay in a great location for an affordable price.
Pros:

Very good location right across the street from the train station and some good bars/restaurants. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The bathroom was just poorly designed and the ac didn’t work very well during the extreme heat wave. However it helped that the staff were accommodating and gave us an electric fan in addition to offering to give us a different room with better ac.

Comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and good value for money
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and an excellent location. The recommendation by the receptionist for a local restaurant for dinner just down the street was helpful as it was indeed very good. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for our journey beyond Paris. We had a room at the back overlooking a courtyard garden which was lovely and quiet.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t keep the room very cool, probably because we arrived during a heatwave. We had to ask for a kettle as there was none in the room, but it did arrive very quickly once we asked. There were no tea bags and very little milk, but plenty of tea at breakfast made up for that.

Overall it was a good stay for our group.
Pros:

Great breakfast and perfect location to the train and metro stations.

Cons:

We had problems with several of the key cards not working and having to get them reissued. Also the door on the shower didn’t do a good job of keeping the water from getting the floor wet.

Lage, 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Bahnhof Est. Ich habe wie immer das Eckzimmer mit Blick auf innen Hof bekommen, habe deswegen anderen View haben können.

Des soucis mais personnel agréable qui fait de son mieux.
Pros:

Le personnel sympathique et l’emplacement à 2 pas de la gare de l’Est .

Cons:

- la chambre qu’on nous a attribuée au 5 eme étage était en panne de climatisation. Malgré 2 ventilateurs en pleine canicule c’était assez irrespirable. De plus la douche était complètement bouchée, le bac débordait.
J’ai expliqué le problème au réceptionniste qui nous a attribué 2 chambres single à la place. Nous avons apprécié sa réactivité.
Sur les deux chambres une fonctionnait très bien mais la deuxième rencontrait les mêmes problèmes de Clim et de douche bouchée.
On nous a offert le petit-déjeuner en dédommagement.

Cons:

The only issue was parts of the area just outside the station did not feel safe and there was an ammunitions shop at the end of the street. The area outside the station smelled of urine with lots of men hanging around
