Hotel is located in the city centre, and just a few minutes walk away from metro. It is a super convenient location. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars nearby, super easy to get food in case you shoppped till late. Convenient stores are also around the corner in case you need any utilities. Location is perfect.
Room is very decent for 2, spacious to open 2 big luggages. Only thing to point out is the walls are thin so we can literally hear what's happening next door, outside and downstairs. There is only 1 staff at the counter while it is always attended which we appreciate. Very friendly staff and I will definitely come back if I visit Paris again.
Our room and bathroom were small but clean and comfortable. Beds were good, air con worked but was a tad noisy. Shower a good size but floor got slippery once body wash was used. The breakfast room is very appealing and the food was fine. The lift worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location, close to Strasbourg-St Denis and Republique metros and a number of eateries. Also a supermarket a short walk away. We felt safe in the area but weren't out late at night. We would stay at this hotel again.
Great hotel! Easy to get to by taxi or uber. Close to many restaurants and stores. Staff is great and did a great job keeping property and room clean
Very friendly staff. Great air conditioning during the Paris heat wave.
Slightly disgruntled reception unhappy we arrived with bikes even though acknowledged by email in advance. Otherwise reasonable value clean hotel in area well located for metro to key sites
Lovely little hotel, well situated, super clean, great breakfast…the staff make you feel like you’re at a 5 star…the lady attending at the breakfast asked me every day after the first…would you like hot milk for your coffee? They will lend you a phone charger, an umbrella…whatever you need, and always with a smile!
Great place, location to metro very close. Plenty of options for places to eat or drink within walking distance. Room was clean, had everything you need.
A great hotel in a bustling area of Paris. Very easy to get around the city!
Great service
Front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Great location
We had a good stay over the New Year period at Hotel Moris. Good but pretty basic, what you would expect for the cost so we were happy. We liked the area actually as lots of options to eat out, cafes etc and walkable to things we wanted to see. Not in a super touristy area which was nice, as during December, Paris is extremely busy. Rooms are basic but nice. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom spacious. Little wardrobe to hang bigger items like jackets. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Second time there. This time we had some issues such as the room was ready very late, the safebox was out of order, the lift was out of order several times during our stay…but generally ok!!!! I suggest this hotel as it is in the center of the city in a nice very quiet street !!!!
Nice people and rooms are clean.
Even though I was solo I ordered a double bed room . It was luck because at first they gave me single room at the attic . Horrible room . The double room was nice . The bathroom small , the towels are small and the sheet was a little bit stained . There is small minibar with expensive drink . The elevator to the room is small and slow . The air condition didn’t work so I was with windows open . The breakfast very modest . The reception man was not too kind . But the price is fair and location very good
As soon as you enter hotel Moris, you feel immediately comfortable with the welcoming atmosphere of the tasteful interior and the hospitable staff.
The rooms are very clean (cleaner than many international 5-star hotel chains) with a practical and warm design. No carpets but wooden flooring gives the interior a warm and luxurious touch. The beds are very comfortable and made me fall asleep in no time. The bathroom is super clean, spacious and modern.
The breakfast is on level -1 where you enter architectural Paris of the 18th-19th century. The original foundations in a “voute” style were kept which makes breakfast a unique experience as well. A rich variety of drinks and food will keep you going for the rest of the day.
The location of the hotel is super, easily accessible and with great restaurants, terraces and theatres in the neighbourhood.
For sure, my next stay in Paris, with my family or for business, will be at Moris.
Fantastic hotel! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Updated, modern and feels like a 4 star hotel. There’s an elevator if needed. Thank you Hotel Moris for the great stay, I can’t wait to be back.
This is an excellent little three star hotel and was perfect for a three night city break with young teenage daughters. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, I loved the walk-in shower in Room 203 (kids had 204 which had a bath) & the staff were friendly.
And the location was really good. 20min walk from Gare Du Nord, very close to a Metro station on Line 9 which was great for the Eiffel Tower, 20min walk to Chatelet Les Halles (with direct trains to Disneyland). And then some top food and drink options in a 5min radius from the hotel including the cafe Bo&Mie for great coffee & croissant, and Le 17.45 for wine and cheese.
I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is an easy 15-minute walk from Gare du Nord and is close to several metro stops which makes it very easy to navigate to. The front desk staff were very nice and were accommodating to me when I had a mix-up with my travel schedule. The room was very nice and had air conditioning which was great in the hot summer weather. I had a great stay here overall.
Hotel Moris was a treat. We experienced ups and downs with politeness in Paris but Hotel Moris felt comfortable from day 1. Great restaurants right on the street, especially if jet lagged and rainy-yes,please. Decor and amenities were wonderful.Shower is great and has a hand wand and anti-fog mirror at the sink. Bed was comfortable and rooms were a good size. Treats and help were at the ready. I would stay again. Can’t comment on breakfast as was jet lagged and didn’t partake. My only hesitation to recommend is if you have mobility issues. There is a tiny elevator. Never waited long but if you need more room in the lift, this might be a limitation for you. We used the stairs often and had no issues.
