Confort un peu basique, mais séjour de courte durée (1 nuit), donc ok.

Great property in the center of Paria
Pros:

The hotel is located ideally at Place de la République, so in the heart of Paris with great public transportation options right in front of it.
The rooms are on the smaller side (with a couple of exceptions) but very clean and well-appointed.
The staff is extremely welcoming and professional in my experience. I have now stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and I can see myself staying there again.

Cons:

My bathroom was really minuscule; there was no space for a toilet paper holder…. (Not all of them are!)

Fantastic location
Pros:

The area is lovely and the metro is right outside the hotel. It's so convenient and close to everything you want to see. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The shower was in the bath and there was no soap holder at the faucet so everytime you get the soap, your hair gets wet.

La ubicación es excelente

Cons:

Estábamos en la planta 6 y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, fue horrible, no permitía climatizar la habitaci´ón en la mayor ola de calor que se recuerda. Los extras del baño eran muy pobres, prácticamente nada con un coste por noche de 350 euros. La relación calidad precio no la veo buena. Pedimos una copia adicional de la llave de la habitación y nos dijeron que no. Eramos tres personas y tuvimos que compartir una llave, yo esto no lo había visto nunca.

Personnel tres aimable et disponible
Suite a un petit problème dans ma chambre ils ont réagi tres rapidement et m'ont meme offert le petit dejeuner le lendemain matin
La chambre etait propre, produits de toilette agréables

Deco un peu datée, petit dejeuner un peu limite en choix (ncp de produits industriels)

Loved staying here. Close to Metro, shops and restaurants. Great boullion nearby for dinner with lots of activities.
Pros:

Classic Paris hotel with views and air conditioning after a hot days walk.
Comfortable bed and good hot shower.
