Top plek om te slapen in Parijs!
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een centrale plek in de Marais en is goed te bereiken met OV en fiets. Voldoende leuke plekjes om te eten en te drinken binnen loopafstand. De bedden zijn heerlijk, de badkamer is comfortabel en super schoon en de mensen zijn heel lief en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is goed en lekker en wij vonden de kamers erg comfortabel qua ruimte, temperatuur en omgevingsgeluid. Auto parkeren kan in de buurt bij een One Park in het Ibis hotel.

Pros:

An excellent hotel in a strategic position: you can explore Paris, the metro is near! I selected the hotel because it is near the Opera Bastille, a lively and interesting spot. every Sunday there is an amazing food market with french products!

Ok but for the price of the room and the standing of the hotel it wasn’t amazing

The location was great and the bed were comfortable

Cons:

I originally ordered a 2 twin bed room but no where was is specified that those rooms had no windows.
The second morning we had to take a plane really early so we ask to have our breakfast to go and got 2 mini venoiserie a coffee and an orange juice. They try to make us pay for it and when we ask if we could have fruit they say it isn’t part of breakfast to go! But in the booking we payed for a full breakfast.

Very good stay, but a disappointing breakfast experience
Pros:

The hotel has an excellent location, and the room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming and service-minded, and always greeted us with a smile. We also felt that the hotel offered very good value for money. Overall, we had a very good stay, with only the breakfast situation detracting from an otherwise positive experience.

Cons:

Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing. The selection of toppings and cold cuts was limited, and items that ran out were not replenished. What made the breakfast experience particularly uncomfortable, however, was the behaviour of two other guests and the hotel’s failure to address it.

Both came to breakfast wearing only bathrobes and slippers from their hotel room. Their behaviour drew a lot of attention, and because the breakfast area was small, it was difficult to distance ourselves from the situation. It was clear that other guests also reacted and found it uncomfortable. I have stayed at many hotels, but I have never before experienced guests coming to breakfast wearing only bathrobes and slippers from their hotel room.

What I reacted to most was that the staff did nothing. I would have expected them to handle the situation politely and discreetly. When the same two guests came to breakfast in exactly the same way the following morning, again without any response from the staff, I found it so disrespectful towards the rest of us that I chose to end my breakfast and leave.

It was particularly the hotel’s failure to handle the situation that made the breakfast experience so disappointing.

Felt very upscale. Really neat living room on the ground floor. Staff is very professional. Felt like a 4* hotel. The room was comfy and the mini fridge is a good addition. Super clean.

Pros:

La ubicación nos encantó, cerca parada de metro, Bastilla con gran ambiente y Place de Vosges al lado. Camas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado.

Cons:

La moqueta del suelo no me gustó pero hay que decir que la limpiaban muy bien. La habitación nos daba a un patio interior muy pequeño y no teníamos nada de luz natural, aunque ya lo sabíamos cuando lo contratamos.

Excellent location to explore the city.
Pros:

I liked the location a lot because it was close to all the subway lines. We used the subway to easily get around the city. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was always clean and welcoming especially when we came back from a day of exploring the city.

Cons:

Express breakfast could have included yogurt. We went to the store and bought our own along with bread each day for less than 9 euros.
