Personal muy amable. Buena ubicación. Desayuno correcto.

Cons:

Me alojé en una habitación triple y era muy justita (por ejemplo tenía una única percha para toallas, un sólo mueble para las maletas, etc).
En contrapartida tenía una preciosa terracita

Did not feel was clean. Lady at front desk tried to make up some excuse that the trains wouldn't get us to the airport for her to call a cab. Must be a kick back - clearly making up story.

L’albergo è decisamente old style e avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento. La stanza era piccola, vecchia e polverosa: negli angoli della camera, del bagno e sulla testiera del letto era presente molta polvere, segno di una pulizia poco accurata. Inoltre, le asciugamani venivano ritirate anche quando non lasciate sul pavimento e, in alcuni casi, non venivano nemmeno riposizionate.
Il personale si è dimostrato poco cortese e poco disponibile. Alla richiesta di una seconda chiave ci è stato risposto che non era possibile, creando non pochi disagi. Anche il servizio notturno lascia molto a desiderare: rientrando in hotel abbiamo dovuto bussare più volte e attendere circa 15 minuti prima che qualcuno ci aprisse, nonostante fossimo obbligati a lasciare le chiavi in reception.

Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato al di sotto delle aspettative, soprattutto per quanto riguarda pulizia, comfort e servizio. Non lo consiglierei e difficilmente ci tornerei.

salle de bain rénovée correcte mais très très petite, accueil parfait. j'ai déjeuné en extérieur. double vitrage, petit réfrigérateur , bouilloire et boissons appréciables

chambre vraiment petite, très difficile de s'y mouvoir, même pour moi qui suis mince, ne peut pas convenir à une personne un peu corpulente, meubles vieillots

Meine Enkelin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, leckeres Frühstück, zentrale, aber ruhige Lage, Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Es war etwas eng, ein sehr kleiner Schrank, zu wenig Handtuchhaken im Bad.

The size of the room.the photos looks spacious but in reality it is not.price not worth the money even mineral water chargeable,lift just can fit 2 slim people at one time with medium luggage.our room next to lift and the lift make noise when people use the lift. Room heating is not functioning well and the blanket supply is thin blanket.
