Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn ich in Paris bin, erwarte ich Baguette zum Frühstück. Das gabs leider nicht. Es hatte Toastbrot und sonst ein Brötchen. Rührei war vorhanden, leider aber kalt. Der Kaffee war aber sehr gut.
Lift ist sehr sehr klein.

Es tuvimos muy cómodos: sus instalaciones son muy agradables, limpias y bonitas. Su ubicación cerca de La Gare de Lyon es genial. Y el personal es muy amable. Muchas gracias! 😁👍🏻

Confort, calme, propreté et bienveillance. Adresse enregistrée
Pros:

A proximité de la gare de lyon, sans les nuisances, hôtel très propre. Literie très confortable de cette chambre un peu à l'écart du couloir et de l'ascenseur pour un bon repos. Tout le nécessaire est dans la chambre.
Etre accueillis par du personnel bienveillant de nuit comme de jour est appréciable, je n'ai pas les prénoms de tous, merci à Yazid pour ces recommandations. Nous reviendrons prochainement.

Bonne situation géographique. Bon accueil. Ménage moyen . Un rafraichissement à prévoir

La localisation de l'hôtel pour un accès rapide à la gare de Lyon. Le personnel est aimable. Possibilité de déposer des bagages si les chambres ne sont pas prêtes. Quartier très calme le soir. Possibilité de se restaurer à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très correct de plus est dans une ancienne cave magnifique.

Cons:

Le prix des chambres sont chères pour un 3* . La propreté n'est pas top. Il serait bien de changer les rideaux tachés , refaire les joints de la salle de bain, nettoyer le frigo. VMC de la salle de bain bruyante .
