Für Paris sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Lage gleich um die Ecke des Gare de Lyon, tolle Ausstattung, prima Preis-Leistung, gut individuell steuerbare Klimaanlage. Schallschutzfenster. Kaffee-/Tee-Zubehör und Wasserkocher, Safe, Mini-Kühlschrank, 24/7 Rezeption, sichere Gepäckaufbewahrung, Genügend Steckdosen.

Cons:

Zimmer direkt am Lift, Einrichtung zT leicht „verlebt“ (Toilettenbürste ziemlich verbraucht, Minibar-Kühlschrank schloss nicht richtig).

Très bonne literie. Chambre propre et calme, même à côté de l'ascenseur, je n'ai pas été dérangée.
Le personnel à la réception de l'hôtel.
Climatisation (appréciable pendant la canicule).

Pas adapté aux familles avec un enfant, femmes enceintes, fauteuil roulant
Pros:

Design, proximité de la gare, ammabilité du personnel, possibilité de laisser les bagages en bas dans un local sécurisé, accueil 24 sur 24, petite bouilloire et des sachets de thé, café.

Cons:

L’ascenseur trop petit, nous étions coincés avec la poussette. Impossible de monter d’un coup avec une valise, un enfant et des sacs à dos. Dans la chambre, un des coussins était sale avec une grosse tâche dessus, le sol avec le tapis couvert de cheveux, par contre salle de bain impeccable, très propre. Douche très petite, étant enceinte, j’ai eu du mal à passer et j’ai failli glisser également dans les douches. Très dangereux.

Gute Lage, aber kleine Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, da das Hotel zwischen zwei Metro Stationen liegt, perfekt um Paris zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und die jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, was man in Paris aber häufig hat.

It is a perfect place to stay for convenience and comfort. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyon
Pros:

It was perfect for our first stop in France. Having breakfast on site was absolutely lovely. It had everything we needed with a small fridge, hot water, pot, and more. The bed was very comfortable, pillows and sheets were lovely. Had a sweet little balcony with a wonderful view. It had easy access to everything. The location was amazing. They had a pharmacy down below, which was very nice and it was easy to get to everything from there. We had a lovely day and I would recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about this property. The only thing I wasn't sure about is when we left midday they charged us for breakfast which I wasn't aware of. It was still very convenient for us as we were preparing to leave. I just didn't know that they would charged us for that day. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.
