The staff, Eric and Mark were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The location was very good as well, just outside the Paris city center, away from the tourist but close enough to have easy access to it via the Metro and buses.
The area has a charming village feel to it, with cafes, patisserie, fromagerie, bakery, fruit shops and other specialty stores. And a midnight Mac Attack was only a few minutes walk away. The area felt relatively safe as we wondered the streets in the middle night. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows plush. We had the best night sleeps of our holiday there.
Breakfast was ok, nothing flash, and gave us a good start to the day.

Le petit déjeuner a eu lieu dans une salle en travaux.
Chambre au calme dans un hôtel très propre et agréable dans le 13ème. La verdure est très originale.

Accueil en soirée assez froide de la personne à la réception lors de mon arrivée. C'est le seul bémol de mon séjour.
La personne que j'ai vu le lendemain était davantage aimable et agréable.
Petit regret de ne pas avoir un mini bar dans la chambre
La ubicación del hotel es genial. La cercanía al metro 14 y la RER C permite hacer turismo fácilmente. También hay varias panaderías y restaurantes cerca. La habitación es espaciosa y la cama y almohadas son bastante cómodas. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y el wifi también.
Sería genial contar con un pequeño refrigerador en la habitación para almacenar perecibles y mantener bebidas frías. En cuanto al baño (no se si ocurre lo mismo en otras habitaciones), salir de la ducha puede ser un poco complicado porque hay poco espacio.

A recepção e muito atenciosa e prestativa, , mesmo não falando a língua eles faziam o possível para nos auxiliar sem constrangimentos.
Os quartos são pequenos, porém acolhedores.
O café da manhã e válido, pois fora é mais caro e com menos opções.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Nahe der U-Bahn, man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten und rund herum hat es Shops und Restaurants. Der Preis war okay. Das Frühstück war sättigend.
Die Ausstattung war etwas altbacken und könnte ein Upgrade vertragen. Damit kamen auch ein paar Vergilbungen und so weiter. Die Zimmer waren eher klein, aber das soll so der STandard sein in Paris.
