A pleasant stay in a nice part of Paris
Pros:

Excellent location in Montparnasse, Friendly welcome, Comfortable good-size room and bathroom. Air-conditioning very welcome in the heat.

Cons:

Two small irritations. We were allocated three rooms but when we visited one of them, it wasn't ready and we had to wait half an hour.
We paid the bill when we arived but on leaving we were told that we hadn't been charged the city tax on one of the rooms and hsd to pay another 30 euros.

Very good stay
Pros:

excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the subway station. No noise at all during night. Room was great, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had everything we needed. Perfect for a few days in Paris!

Cons:

Elevator was a bit old and slow, but really nothing to worry about.

Bon hôtel, confortable pour son prix, quand tout se passe bien. Employés agréables et disponibles pour leur clientèle.
Pros:

L’emplacement, la facilité d’accès, la réactivité du personnel. J’avais demandé une chambre côté cour pour être au calme et elle l’était vraiment, c’était top. Chambre correcte et dans les prix de Montparnasse.

Cons:

Petit bémol sur les couloirs qui sont un peu dans leur jus et les portes qui claquent (elles sont assez lourdes donc les clients ont tendance à les laisser se refermer toutes seules). L’alarme incendie à 1h du matin, attendre plus d’une heure dehors pour un micro ondes qui a pris feu. L’odeur persistante les deux derniers jours du séjour et l’absence de compensation ou de geste commercial par rapport à cet incident et ses conséquences.
