Toujours sympathique et confortable - bien situé entre mon travail et les Champs

Cons:

Pas le bon numéro pour ma chambre - beaucoup trop sonore ; j’entendais mieux les chasses d’eau des voisins que la mienne + paroles , rires + portes qui claquent dans le couloir. Pas dormi avant 2h du mat !

Revoir douche , pas mal normal cette alternance eau chaude qui devient brûlante ou glacée dans un hôtel 4*.

Je n’avais jamais eu de désagrément de ce type dans cet hôtel

Optimal für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man ist überall schnell und hat eine gute Metroverbindung. Die Aufteilung des Zimmers war sehr gut. Auch die Ausstattung.

Cons:

Man musste auf den Lift immer sehr lange warten. Auch hat man viel von den Nachbarn gehört. Die Wände sind sehr dünn.

Great location / great staff - just need a few refinements
Pros:

1. Location was very good as we were running in the marathon.
2. The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful.
3. Room was fairly clean, particularly the bathroom which can often let hotels down (tiles / grout etc)

Cons:

1. One of the dressing gowns in the room was soiled with what looked like dried tomato sauce. I did ask for it to be changed but this was not done
2. The hot water tap in the bathroom sink did not work. When turned to hot, the water flow was very low. Again I did ask about this but it was not resolved and no explanation provided
3. No USB or UBC sockets in our room. The adjoining room our friends were in did have these
