Je suis satisfaite de l’accueil, de la propreté de la chambre, mais le fait que la chambre soit aussi petite ne m’a pas

L’emplacement. Très proche du centre ville

La dimension de la chambre. Elle était trop petite. Trop étriquée. Pas d’espace pour circuler confortablement.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber das Personal an der Rezeption unfreundlich

Die Lage ist genial, direkt in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption arrogant und unprofessionell. Die Glastür auf der Badewanne wurde bereits am ersten Tag beschädigt (nicht von uns), der Schmutz wurde nicht entfernt und die Rezeption wusste davon, hat uns nicht informiert. Wir mussten nachfragen und es wurde gesagt, dass alles innerhalb eines Tages repariert wird. Wir mussten dann wieder nachfragen und wir hatten dann den ganzen Aufenthalt keinen komplette Dusche.

地理位置特别棒，旁边就是香榭丽舍大街逛街的话几分钟可达，去到凯旋门步行8分钟。酒店挺安静窗景也不错。10分的话能给到8分吧。

Krásný a čistý voňavý pokoj s hezký výhledem do křižovatky ulice nádherná typická Paříž, skvělá koupelna a pohodlná postel. Pokoj nám vyhovoval velkým prostorem a minibar na pokoji. Každý den uklizený a čistý pokoj a vždy sladká pozornost na nás čekala. Výborná snídaně a všechno bylo vždy čerstvé i ovoce a domácí pekárna. Skvělá lokalita v okolí spousta restaurací a kaváren ,lékárna a potraviny. Metro 10 min a centrum na dlani. Moc děkujeme za krásný pobyt s velmi milým a zdvořilým personálem hotelu. Rádi se vrátíme k Vám.
