Pretty place with lovely 5 th floor private balcony. Good amenities in room. Coffee, mini fridge, outlets and lights plus converter for bathroom plug.
Very basic room and it smelled a bit like smoke and cleaning agents. Ok for the price I guess but wouldn’t stay again.
Angela at the check-in desk was outstanding!! Too bad this hotel is closing for renovations. Was a gem in Paris, close to metro stations and had many good restaurants next door and within walking distance. Absolutely loved my stay!!!

What a wonderful find. The hotel room was very clean and spacious, and it’s very conveniently located in an area with great French restaurants and shopping (Champs Elysee). However the staff is what makes this place worth staying at!!
When we made a double booking mistake through Expedia, they were willing to listen and help us with this predicament. We are so grateful for the team who works here, as they’ve been so gracious and helpful throughout our 3 night stay. We were there during the Olympics. It was in a convenient location with access to restaurants and train transportation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were able to extend or stay too. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel was very accommodating. They held our luggage after check out. The lobby is bright and cheerful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was walking distance to all of the sites. I will stay here again when in Paris.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room and view from the room was what you would imagine a hotel in Paris would be. I would stay there again.
We got a big room with a table and some chairs. We love the size of the room, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and big shower. There were big windows and sunlight was great. The location was very convenient walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The coffe machine did not work in our room and they gave us coffee every morning. An important point is they have elevator and ac works very well.

The front desk must tell at the beginning that mini bar is not free. So I used some and payed before I left. Didn’t know that I was going to get charged. Besides that everything was ok
