Très bon.emplacement dans une rue calme, bien desservie par Metro et par Bus.

Cons:

L'insonorisation inter chambres laisse à desirer, la fermeture des portes ainsi que le bruit de l'écoulement de l'eau (douche, wc) sont plus que audibles.

Nice hotel - good location.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. I am staying second time in this hotel over the summer. Nice hotel, with good and clean facilities. This time we had way better rooms 38-39, which are also connected as we were with out parents and children. They were renovated, sufficient space. Previously, I was staying in room on the first floor which were way smaller. Though prices and the level of rooms are same. You can literally reach arc and eifel tower walking, also with nice neighborhood. Hotel has a nice water water with mint near reception. For hot days, it was very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready by the time we have arrived. Though, we have arrived earlier, still by 14.00 rooms were not ready. I noted it previously, but also this time - staff is not very helpful and not very welcoming tbh. They also lack knowledge about the surroundings. I also simply asked about the parking on a street and/or neighborhood - they couldn't provide information. Not critical, but something for the management to consider as an improvement.
