Tribe was an enjoyable 5 nights
Pros:

Great communication. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Big props to GB. Front desk agent. Took his time to assist me with directions and a to do list of things to see today 9/2. My room was very clean. Blackouts could be used or added to those rooms overlooking the street. Breakfast was substantial.

Personeel kan geen goed Engels spreken. Zowel welkom als uitchecken was bijzonder. Er werd niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was bevallen. De kamers zijn klein en heel erg luidruchtig. Je hoort echt alles van buiten en van binnen. Ik zou dit hotel niet aanraden.

Praktisches kleines Hotel in Paris
Gut gelegen, Sehenswürdigkeiten wie bspw Montmatre oder der Triumphbogen sind zu Fuß (~ 2km) erreichbar.

Nette kleine Restaurants in der Nähe, besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Gaston oder die Ramen von Naruto Ramen. Auch ein Supermarkt für Selbstversorger ist direkt in der Nähe.

Das Hotel ist relativ sauber, jedoch sehr hellhörig.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der kleine gemütliche Innenhof.
Für den Preis jedoch mehr als fair.

Lovely hotel, with friendly staff. The room was nice and clean, and the hotel has nice seating areas both indoors and outdoors. The gym was basic but still better than nothing. The location is lovely, right opposite Martin Luther King park. Really close to a small shopping centre, close to metros and buses and places to eat. Really happy with my stay here.

I am glad I stayed at this location. I was bit skeptical about the Batignolle area, even during my bus ride to the place, but once i got to my room and walked around the area a bit, I was very satisfied.

My room, although it didn't have a balcony, it allowed me to open both windows fully to let the outisde air in. Room was exceptionally clean, came with essentials like toileteries, towels, nespresso machine, cups, hair dryer and even bottle of water which seems like they fill in (not a plastic water bottle). Only one tiny wish I had was that hope it had a mini fridge but it didn't.

TV was decent although only allow you to watch local channels and doesn't allow you to sync your device to use your personal streaming apps; but you are in PARIS!!! GO EXPLORE.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who want to stay bit outside the main tourist areas and see how locals live and yet close enough for a bus/metro/or bike ride to get to places (early morning bike ride took me about 20 minutes to get to Eiffel Tower).

Pros:

Dejligt stort værelse med fin seng. Kaffemaskine til rådighed. Fint stort badeværelse. Meget stort tv med dlere kanaler. Dog var computerbord noget lille.

Réservation de 2 nuits. Etonnant d'avoir un appel de l'hotel au lendemain matin de la 1ère nuit, précisant que la résa ne contenait qu'une seule nuit et qu'il fallait donc la libérer immédiatement.
Pourtant lors de l'arrivée, la réception s'était empressée de faire payer les deux nuits....
Idem, après le départ, un appel de l'hôtel vous réclamant le paiement du petit déjeuner du jour, alors qu'il était convenu d'un seul petit déjeuner sur les deux nuits et facturé dans ce sens à l'arrivée.....
Bref, ce n'est pas très professionnel, si nous devions résumer ainsi.

The property is located in a run down area. The room was ok but here’s where things go wrong. After returning home my partner noticed her Louis Vuitton clutch bag was not in the suitcase. The bag was left in the bottom of the suitcase as it wasn’t used it was there when we arrived and now it’s gone clearly the cleaners have stole it. Also even when leaving on the door do not disturb cleaners would let themselves in at 8.30-9am when we were in bed. If you value your belongings don’t stay here

Super séjour. Chambre propre et confortable. Petit-déjeuner excellent. À proximité des transports en commun, rendant le déplacement dans Paris très facile.
Seul petit bémol : le manque de communication vis-à-vis du parking. Il est indiqué qu'un parking est disponible, sans la précision qu'il est limité à 10 places pour l'ensemble de l'hôtel...
