Older, but loved it! Close to transit

Very Nice room very comfortable. Thank you for great stay, and would recommend to any visitors in Paris, the Hotel is very well located to all important tourist location i.e Arc de Triomphe, Rue champ Elyse, la tour Eiffel, if you like walking Paris is at your disposal. Merci Beacoup encore!

Stayed in Paris for my best friends birthday celebrations
Upon arrival our room had been decorated with a beautiful birthday message! So thoughtful!

Nice hotel hidden away from noisy street. Great for what we needed for our girly trip - nice clean rooms, good bathrooms. We were upgraded to a triple room which was fantastic. Single bed was a bit creaky which was slightly annoying but overall a great stay for a reasonable price.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room is small, but nice, cozy, and very functional.

Laundry and groceries nearby. AC in need of upgrade.

Room was clean and has air conditioning. Staff was friendly. Very close to the Arc.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – BEWARE of Paying Cash!

Do NOT EVER PAY CASH to this hotel — you will deeply regret it like I did!

I booked a stay through Expedia with the “pay at the property” option. Upon arrival with two friends, we were told we had to pay the full amount €1242.45 upfront at check-in. Teo and Meline were at the front desk, and Teo handled the payment. I specifically asked him to split the total into three payments of €414.15 each. Two of us paid in cash, and I paid my portion by card.

However, after leaving, I noticed an additional €405 charge on my card, which they took using the pre-authorization without my consent. When I called to resolve the issue, they falsely claimed that only one person paid in cash (€423) and that the “remaining balance” was charged to my card.

Pascal, the so-called director, was completely unhelpful and insisted they had not received the other payments. They even gave me a receipt at check-in — but later claimed it was just a proforma (whatever that means!). I repeatedly asked for security footage from September 17th at 1:00 PM to prove our payment, but Pascal refused, saying that only the police could request the videos.

Now, I’m stuck dealing with Expedia to try and get my money back. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a nightmare — they ruined the rest of my trip because I had to deal with this mess every single day.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will NEVER stay here again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place at all costs!

Amazing location staff and cleaness

Great location, friendly staff and nice rooms….would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend it….the only drawback was no ice machine and had to go out to buy ice for using in our room.

No one cleaned the room

Hôtel was amazing! It was close to everything and if it wasn’t the metro was down the street. My family and I would definitely stay again when we come back and visit Paris.

Stay was amazing, you can go every where from there , either walking , bus or sub. Felt very safe to walk around kept coming back quite late and all the restaurants were still open with many options where to eat , definitely will recommend

Unfortunately I got bed bugs as I had some scratching on my legs when I slept in the bed

Our shower was not working properly. The mini fridge in our room was not working. There seemed to be a lot of debris in the hallway. Other than that, the front desk was very helpful. The location of the hotel was great.

I just got back from Paris with my daughter and we had a blast. The hotel location was very convenient and made most of our activities easier. 5 mins walk from the metro/train station and the hotel also gave us the pass for both the metro and train. It saved us a lot on transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful especiqlly with moving around the city. They gave us a map with all the transit connectivity and always printed our transit itineraries for us. I will highly recommend to my friends and anyone i know coming to paris

This is our ritual stop when we are passing through Paris. Ideally located. The prices are reasonable.

The property location is amazing. The hotel room itself should not be mentioned as a four star. It is definitely a 2 1/2 to max three.
