Amazing location, great staff got a free upgrade to a room with a view. Breakfast was lovely and only cost €11 for 2 people for 2 days. Our stay was faultless

Everything was really good so nothing ! The only point that I could mention would be to have some streaming services in the TV to enjoy Netflix/PrimeVideo or something like this could enhance the quality of the stay to reach this 10/10 ! (But still, everything was really good and this is juste detail)
We arrived very early to a warm welcome. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready, but it was lunchtime when we got there, so we were happy to head out and explore, returning at 3pm as advised.
On our return, check-in was quick and efficient. I was slightly surprised to see our suitcase still downstairs, though I assume only one person was on duty, which probably explains it.
We were told the mini bar was complimentary for the first night, which sounded great. After being out for nearly 11 hours, I was definitely ready for a refreshment, but was a little surprised to find just three soft drinks and a small Mars bar. We enjoyed one drink and the Mars bar, though it was strange that the mini bar – including the water – wasn’t replenished over the following two days. But apparently thats normal in France!
That said, the room was very well cleaned throughout our stay. It is definitely on the small side (as mentioned in other reviews), but it was clean, nicely presented, and perfectly suitable for our three-night stay.
We booked the top floor for the view over the Arc de Triomphe, which looked amazing in the evening from the small balcony – a lovely touch.
Breakfast was great, really delicious and a special mention to the lady preparing it. She was the happiest member of staff, always smiling and saying hello. The breakfast was continental, with the added bonus of bacon, scrambled eggs, and sausages.
Overall, a brilliant stay at an attractive boutique-style hotel. We will definitely return!
I come to Paris often and hotel Elsa has become my home away from home! I love the location, the quality of the hotel, delicious breakfast but more than anything, the kind staff, specially Tamanna!
She is AMAZING!!, always helpful, always with the best attitude and a big smile and I can even bother her while planning my trip that she for sure will try to help me!!! I highly recomment the hotel! It’s simply fantastic!
