Maravilhoso hotel, me hospedaria novamente!
Pros:

Excelente localização, com metrô ao lado do hotel e excelentes restaurantes, mercados, padaria e farmácia a alguns passos. Café da manhã muito bom! Disponibilizam gratuitamente máquina com diferentes cafés, chocolate quente e chás o dia todo, além de uma cesta de frutas.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo. Minha sugestão é: sabendo que o hóspede sairá antes do início do café da manhã, seria bom ofertar um pequeno lanche para levar. Já recebi o "mimo" em outros hotéis e achei justo, uma vez que o café estava incluído na diária.

So comfortable in an excellent location!
Pros:

We had an amazing experience staying at Elsa Hotel. Tamanna provided excellent service and was so helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect with easy access to Arc de Triumphe and much more. I highly recommend staying here. Also, they have A/C that works!
