Pros:

Personal atent si de ajutor, locatie foarte buna aproape de metrou si cu vedere laterala la Arc. Cafea gratis foarte buna in lobby. Camera de dimensiune foarte ok si curățată zilnic. Au fost atenti si am primit din partea lor un mic cadou pentru care le multumesc.

Cons:

Era un miros de aer inchis in camera si de cate ori veneam trebuia sa aerisim. Auzeam vecinii din cauza pereților subțiri.

Wonderful stay at a pleasant hotel in this magical city.
Pros:

Excellent location. Staff was friendly and arrangements were practical. Toilets in the lobby were super clean.

Cons:

Room could have been a little larger with more storage space in the wardrobe. Hotel seemed a little understaffed.

Pros:

We stayed for the second time. Still perfect location near Arc Triumph and metro station, a lot of restaurants and shops around. Very good breakfast, even though this time there was no vegetables at all, all the rest was delicious and quite a big choice. We enjoyed complimentary water, tea, croissant during the day and possibility to leave the luggage on the checkout day.

Cons:

The setup with the shower inside the room is really uncomfortable, separate toilet is tiny, I'm 168 cm tall but it was hard for me to fit in this box. The room itself is very small. Based on the building plan we had the smallest possible room which was 10-11 sqm including the shower and toilet. I do not recommend booking this type of room.
