The staff was very welcoming and accommodating .
Very recommendable .
Only less than 5 mins from a central tube station and bus stops and restaurant nearby
Quiet and safe area.
Very good place to stay when in Paris
Would have preferred a bigger pool but Unbelievably more than good value and reasonable low price especially for Paris

Pros:

私たちは双子の赤ちゃん連れでベビーベッドを２つお借りしました。快く２つのベビーベッドを貸してくれただけでなく、部屋が狭くなることを気にかけて、予約した部屋ではない他の広い部屋を提案してくれました。部屋を３つ見せていただき、私たちにどの部屋が良いか選ばせてもらいました。ありがたい心遣いでした。
部屋のエアコンが効くか、シャワーの水圧が強いか気にしていましたが、エアコンも問題なく涼しかったですし、シャワーも問題ありませんでした。
部屋も綺麗に清掃してありました。
立地もよく、凱旋門、シャンゼリゼ通りまで徒歩ですぐに行けました。

Cons:

部屋にスリッパと冷蔵庫があれば良かったと思います。
パリなので仕方ないですが、エレベーターが狭く、ベビーカーを部屋まで運ぶことができずにフロントに預けておく必要がありました。

Pros:

Très bon accueil, très bonne situation géographique. Chambre propre à notre arrivée et produits d’accueil de bonne qualité et bon plateau de courtoisie. Le petit déjeuner avait un bon rapport qualité prix. Piscine appréciable. Bonne décoration de chambre.

Cons:

Le room service est à éviter totalement ! Nous avons payé 55€ pour un plat de pâtes et un Fish and chips : tous les 2 servis dans une boite en carton!! Même pas d’assiettes! J’ai jamais fait face à cela dans un hôtel de cette catégorie! Autre be-mol: la femme de chambre a ramassé mon peignoir utilisé (que j’avais mis sur le sol de la salle de bain avec les serviettes usées) et une fois le lit refait lors de la recouche elle l’a laissé trempé et sale sur le lit!!

Bel hôtel avec une piscine
Pros:

La localisation était excellente. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et aimable. La chambre était jolie et confortable. Literie et linge de lit au top. J'ai apprécié la piscine qui m'a permis de me rafraîchir. La climatisation était bien réglée.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'il n'y ait pas de ravitaillement en fin de petit-déjeuner car quand je suis arrivée, il ne restait pas grand-chose de chaud. Le parquet de ma chambre était vraiment vétuste et usé, ce qui est décevant dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Les peignoirs étaient en hauteur et quasi-impossibles à atteindre quand on est petit.

La chambre était vraiment propre et le lit vraiment confortable.
L'emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivé les clims n'étaient pas allumées dans nos deux chambres hors nous étions en alerte rouge canicule température élevée avec les chambres sous les toits. Dans une des chambres ils sont venus la mettre mais dans la deuxième elle était en panne. Ils nous ont proposé des ventilateurs mais nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et cela a été le cas donc nos avons tous très bien dormi au final.
