Excellent location in nice safe area... we will be back.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Location was in an area with many restaurants, short walk to Norte Dame and the Louve Museum. We loved the area and will go back.

Cons:

The room was small but normal for Europe it seems

Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, being centrally located and close to restaurants, bars, and Metro stations. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were also very helpful, friendly, and polite throughout my stay.

Cons:

The bathroom was in need of renovation. The sink faucet was loose, and there was no ventilation or windows that could be opened, which had resulted in mold growing around the windows. The bathroom only had a bath, with no grab handles or shower curtain, causing water to spill onto the floor. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow and unreliable.

Enjoyable.
Pros:

Great location and very professional services specially by Ms. Emma and Debi who made our stay very memorable. The breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The hotel facilities though are of 3 stars standards; not 4 at all.

הצוות היה מאוד נחמד, והחדר השני שקיבלנו היה סה''כ מרווח, גדול וממוזג היטב ביחד עם מקלחות ושירותים נוחים מאוד. המיקום של המלון מעולה והוא נמצא בקרבת אטרקציות מובילות וגם ליד תחנת מטרו מרכזית.

Cons:

החדר המקורי שקיבלנו היה מאוד קטן, כך גם השירותים שהדלת שלהם לא הייתה תקינה, אך תוקנה באותו יום בעקבות בקשתנו. יום למחרת המזגן בחדר גם הפסיק לעבוד בזמן שהיה שרב והלילה היה קשה. חשוב לציין שהצוות היה מאוד אדיב וסייע לנו לעבור לחדר אחר שהיה הרבה יותר מרווח וממוזג הייטב ובו נהננו מהשהייה שלנו הרבה יותר, אם כי אציין שהוערנו באמצע הלילה מקולות מחדר סמוך דרך הקירות, מה שהפריע מאוד לשינה וצריך להילקח בחשבון, כמו גם התמורה למחיר שהייתה מעט לוקה בחסר.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had a Junior Suite, which was very spacious, possibly could have been better with a chest of drawers for our clothes and a better shower, as it was just a bath with a hand held spray. The balcony was lovely and there was a great atmosphere down below, the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, close to the Metro, all the sites and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. In all it was a great hotel, with lovely staff, I will stay here again.

Cons:

My father booked a standard room on 5th floor which didn't have a great view, but also a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were very apologetic and happy to switch to a lovely room on the 2nd floor. We stayed for 4 days, but the Wifi wasn't great and ran out after 3 days, I should have asked about this, but didn't have time. Breakfast was served downstairs, it was ok, I would have liked more fresh fruits and not as sugary cereals, however I am not accustomed to French breakfasts.

Após sair do hotel verifiquei cobrança de 53,80 euros no meu cartão de crédito.

Slechtste hotel ervaring ooit!
Pros:

Dit hotel viel zwaar tegen voor deze schandalige prijs!

Cons:

Het hotel gebruikt foto's van beter kamers dan de uiteindelijke kamer!
De badkamer had zogezegd een douche maar dit was gewoon een badkuip met een douchekop die op knie hoogte hing!
Ik moest de douchekop vast houden zodat mijn partner haar haar kon wassen! Gewoon weg een schande.
De bedden zijn ook zeer klein.
En het hotel ligt in een super drukke straat waarbij er nachtlawaai tot 3-4uur te horen is.
Voor deze prijs zoekt u beter een ander hotel!
Zeer outdated hotel qua faciliteiten en ook niet de properste!

OK for short stay.
Pros:

Staff is great and friendly. Located near metro Chatelet. Walking distance to Louvre. and some other places of interest.

Cons:

Room is very small for two people. Literally no space to open two medium size suitcases at the same time. Shower is tiny. Area is not always quiet at evening, crowded by young people sitting late outside in restaurants.

Muy buena ubicación.
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, cerca a la estación del metro y los principales sitios de interés histórico.

Cons:

Solamente el ascensor un poco estrecho, pero no fue un problema realmente. Comparado con otros alojamientos de otras ciudades europeas un poco mas costoso.
