Excellent choice
Pros:

This hotel has excellent location in maree, right next to metro and lots of trendy areas. The breakfast is great, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean, spacious room and 24/7 reception. I highly recommend this hotel.

Small and friendly hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location with lots of places in walking distance and great transport links to get around Paris. A small friendly hotel with not many facilities but who needs that in Paris, unless you're on business. Breakfast not lavish but did the job.

Расположение, рядом метро и супермаркет; уборка в номерах: чисто; постельное белье хорошего качества; работа кондиционера и наличие холодильника в номере 34

Cons:

Холодильники, душевые кабинки не во всех номерах, пришлось менять первоначальный номер
Окна номера 34 выходят на улицу с кафе, где веселье до 4 утра: с открытым окном спать невозможно

Toplocatie, vriendelijk personeel. Eerder beperkt ontbijt maar meer hadden wij niet nodig. Kamer was heel proper en hoewel het buiten soms lawaaierig was door de café’s in de buurt hadden we er totaal geen last van in de kamer (straatkant).

Gute und zentrale Lage - optimal für Besichtigungen.
Metro direkt vor der Tür.
Tolle Gastro rund ums Hotel.

Cons:

Das Bett war schmal und die Matratze hart, aber für ein paar Tage jederzeit ausreichend.
Wurde durch das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufgewogen.
Jederzeit wieder!

Very good hotel in an excellent location to explore Paris
Pros:

Very good hotel in excellent location, well connected to metro. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. Our room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet. Breakfast was solid, with good and diverse options. A carrefour city and boulangerie are nearby, as well as lots of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was quite small, which is typical in Paris. The inner courtyard was very small as well and to properly air the room we had to use the AC.

Le camere sono confortevoli, belle, luminose e più curate rispetto alla Reception o all'ingresso, La mia camera era particolarmente piccola con un piccolissimo armadio incorporato nella strutta del letto, una soluzione architettonica che evidenzia un intelligente gestione dello spazio, anche se gli scaffali rimangono piccoli. Il bagno tutto sommato più spazioso. IL letto comodo, ma non posso dire altrettanto dei cuscini, quasi fastidiosi. Dal corridoio ho avuro modo di vedere la camera vicino alla mia ed era molto più grande con la finestra in bagno, dettaglio che ritengo un plus. Invece le camere che si affacciano sull'interno sono più buie, La tv non è Smart, i canali italiani non erano visibili anche se presenti nell'elenco fornito. il servizio bollitore ( caffè e Tè) con biscottini e cioccolatini riforniti ogni giorno è stato molto apprezzato. Complesivamente giudizio buono,

Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, viene serivita in una taverna angusta con poco spazio e la scelta al banco è davvero essenziale. Non vale il prezzo. Suggerisco di non includerla tra i servizi, anche perchè a pochi passi dall'albergo ci sono panetterie e caffè in cui fare colazione con un ottima scelta tra dolce, salato e bevande ad un prezzo più ragionevole
