L'emplacement est exceptionnel. L'hôtel est proche de toutes les commodités.

Que les digo: Hice la reserva, estabamos emocionados, resulta que les hackearon el sistema, a las 3 de la tarde tuve que correr a buscar un hotel. La respuesta fue: No somos responsables resuelvan con Booking.

I can’t rate the stay at this hotel because we were never provided with the room we had booked. We made the reservation about two weeks before our arrival, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that prices in Paris had increased significantly that week and that our room was now approximately three times more expensive, so they could not honor our confirmed booking at the original price.
This was extremely disappointing and unexpected, especially since our reservation had been made and confirmed well in advance. It gave us the impression that if hotel prices in the city go up, the hotel can simply refuse to honor a previously confirmed reservation.
As a result, we were left without a room and had to find another place to stay at the last minute. We are very disappointed with the way this was handled and with the lack of reliability of a confirmed reservation.

Terribile! Già all'arrivo al chek in non vengono neppure richiesti i documenti. Personale scortese, apatico e presente solo sporadicamente. Hotel fatiscente, sporco, gli arredi sono vecchi decadenti. Camere microscopiche e claustrofobiche, sporche e con gran parte degli arredi rotti. Materasso e cuscini in uno stato pietoso. Il miscelatore della doccia rotto dopo il primo uso. Aria condizionata che funziona malamente e a fasi alterne. E per concludere in bellezza abbiamo chiesto di prenotare un taxi, il giorno prima della partenza, per le ore 6.15 della mattina, per Gare de Lyon, ovviamente al mattino il taxi non c'era, nonostante ci avessero confermato la prenotazione, rischiando di farci perdere il treno del ritorno. Personale totalmente inaffidabile. Esperienza orrenda. Il peggiore hotel in cui abbiamo alloggiato in tanti anni di viaggi. Da evitare assolutamente!! Il prezzo delle camere è un furto, totalmente spropositato per questo hotel che non arriva neanche ad una stella. Inoltre le foto presentate sul sito non corrispondono assolutamente allo scempio che ci trova di fronte all'arrivo nella struttura.


Terrible! Upon arrival, even our documents were not requested at check-in. The staff were rude, apathetic and only sporadically present. The hotel is run-down and dirty, with old and deteriorating furnishings. The rooms are tiny and claustrophobic, dirty, and with much of the furniture broken. The mattress and pillows were in a pitiful condition. The shower mixer tap broke after the first use. The air conditioning worked poorly and intermittently.
And, to make matters worse, we asked the hotel to book a taxi for 6:15 a.m. to Gare de Lyon on the day before our departure. Needless to say, the taxi never arrived in the morning, despite the fact that the hotel had confirmed the booking, putting us at risk of missing our return train.
The staff are completely unreliable. An absolutely horrible experience.

Personale alla reception poco disponibile. difficoltà per il check-in. Stanza organizzata su due livelli con poco spazio per muoversi al livello superiore. Servizio di pulizia veniva effettuato, ma la stanza non è stata trovata particolarmente pulita all'arrivo.

Outdated, needs a refresh

First night we noticed the bedframe was broken, it got fixed the next day. Shower curtain was quite short, so after every shower the bathroom floor was flooding. Cleaning could have been better, some nooks were very dusty. The biggest problem was the bedbugs in our room, which we noticed roaming at the bed and in bathroom after the first night. Because of that, we had a stressful homecoming. Every clothing item, shoes, luggage and makeup brushes etc. had to be washed and freezed to avoid spreading the bugs to our homes.
