Booking aurait pu prévenir que l’hôtel était en travaux, j’aurais fait un autre choix.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas été averties que l’hôtel est en travaux… ce qu a généré des nuisances / au bruit dès 8h du matin. Poussière, bâches et allées et venues des ouvriers. Bruit dans les couloirs à minuit.
Lavabo bouché et lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas ( signalement fait le matin au réceptionniste)
Prix de la chambre trop élevée / à l’état de l’hôtel.

Cons:

As soon as I stepped off the elevator onto my floor, I noticed a strong unpleasant odor in the hallway. The same smell was present in my room and bathroom. If you’re sensitive to smells, this is something to keep in mind.

I checked in late and didn’t get back to the hotel until after midnight, so I was really hoping to get some rest. Instead, around 7:00 a.m. I was woken up by another guest blasting loud music, followed by constant drilling and hammering from renovation work.

What disappointed me most was that there was no mention of the renovation before I booked or at check-in. When I asked the front desk, I was told there was no renovation, even though the construction noise was obvious. A simple heads-up or apology would have gone a long way.

Renovations are understandable, but guests should be informed in advance so they can make an informed decision before booking. Unfortunately, this was not the restful stay I had hoped for.

Its location is good. The furniture is new. The staff is friendly. They offer tea coffee and croissant for free.

The room is too narrow. There is only one chair for two people. There is no fridge. The rooms on the sixth floor are only accessible by elevator that works slowly.

The staff was great, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

There was no information that the hotel is undergoing a large renovation. Room was a bit dusty with a loose electrical outlet. Shower was.leaking. Room was dark even with the lights on.⁹

Hotel confortable et bien situé, mais malheureusement mal géré.
Pros:

Cons:

Aucune serviette à mon arrivée dans la chambre.
Je suis arrivée épuisée à 6 heures du matin, à cause des incendies à Fontainebleau qui ont retardé mon train.
A 8 heure réveil brutal , on toque à ma porte "votre taxi est là". Le personnel s'était trompé de chambre.
A mon étage des travaux sont en cours Platisque par terre, et porte sur les travaux grande ouverte.
