På enkelte bad luktet det og man så fukt og mugg.
Heisen var knapt nok stor nok for å passe en vanlig rullestol.
Det var verken frokostsal eller resturant, noe bildene viste.

We weren’t informed that there would be onsite construction (and no air conditioning as a result). A pedestal fan was provided but it was not ideal. Although wifi was advertised as included, this didn’t work in the room. We stayed for 6 nights and felt these components let down our experience.

Pas de climatisation alors que c’est dit dans l’annonce , il n’y a qu’un ventilateur.
Pas de petit déjeuner possible ( contrairement à l’annonce ) à cause de travaux . Pourquoi ne pas dire la vérité ? Juste quelques viennoiseries gratuites et café gratuits ms dans l’entrée minuscule.
Le prix ne baisse pas pour autant.
Personnel immobile derrière le guichet qui n’est pas au service du client .
Un réceptionniste souriant mais peu intelligible .
Il s’agit pourtant d’un hôtel 3étoiles . …

Letto troppo morbido. Il secondo giorno non mi hanno né pulito camera né rifatto il letto. Era inclusa la colazione ma in effetti era un minuscolo tavolino con i cornetti nella hall. Il prezzo è esagerato

Þap voru framkvæmdir á hótelinu og því í raun ekkert fyrir gesti að setjast niður eða að fá morgunmat. Herbergið var mjög lítið og svo var loftkælingin biluð, var aðeins ein vifta í þessum hita.Ef ég hefði vitað ad þessu áður hefði afbókað og pantað annað hótel.

Es gibt kein wirkliches Frühstück; lediglich Croissants und Café aus dem Automaten.
Aber es gibt ja auch genug schöne Cafés in der Nähe!

L'hôtel est en rénovation, donc pas de climatisation et de chauffage. Personne ne nous a avisé avant notre séjour. Un ventilateur sur pied et un chauffage d'appoint seulement. Nous devions ouvrir notre fenêtre pour avoir de l'air frais mais puisque qu'il y avait le son des polices et ambulances toute la nuit c'était difficile de dormir...Les chambres ont besoin d'amour mais j'imagine qu'une fois rénovées ce sera mieux.
Pas de petit réfrigérateur dans les chambres ce qui s'avère difficile pour de plus longs séjours. Connexion internet difficile.
Pas de déjeuner continental comme indiqué sur les photos sur leur site.
Café noir pas de lait ou de crème et quelques croissants et brioches.
Chambres très petites.

We had a room upgrade which did have a bigger bed. However, air con did not work, holes in the floor, mold in the bathroom and around the bathroom door.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an absolute nightmare. What is advertised online is a total lie compared to the reality of this property.
- The 3-Star Lie: Online platforms list this as a 3-star hotel, but the physical sign permanently displayed on the actual building clearly says 2 stars. They are completely misrepresenting the class and quality of the hotel.
- No AC During a Heatwave: They advertised an air-conditioned room, but the AC was completely non-functional due to building renovations. Being stuck in a Parisian heatwave with zero air circulation was miserable and unsafe.
- Unusable Bathroom: The toilet was crammed so tightly into a corner wall that it was physically impossible to sit on it facing forward. We had to sit completely sideways just to use it. There were also holes in the tiles and visible mold everywhere.
- Active Construction Zone: We were never warned that the hotel was undergoing massive renovations. Extremely loud construction noise started blasting at 9:00 AM every single morning, waking us up, shaking the room, and leaving thick construction dust everywhere.
- Zero Soundproofing: The walls are paper-thin. We woke up multiple times every single night because we could hear every word our neighbors were saying, people walking in the halls, and heavy street noise.
- Dilapidated Rooms: Everything was in terrible shape, including loose light fixtures literally falling out of the ceiling.

This place is a total scam for the price they charge. Save your money, your sleep, and your sanity—stay somewhere else.

No AC. Not sure if it was due to the renovations going on in the 1st floor. I was in the second floor and I just opened the windows and slept fine. My friends were in thr 4th and 5th floor and it was super hot for them. They were given a fan. Also, I have to note that it was during the hottest days in Europe (may 25 to 28) so probably in any other spring day it would had been fine.

The staff offered free coffee/croissant/othet bakery items.

Overall it was fine for me, I would had given higher scores if the AC was working.
