Posizione strategica vicino la metro e poi il quartiere è adorabile, non turistico ma ricco di vota autentica parigina.

Cons:

Troppo minuscolo, non c era uno spazio nemmeno di attesa all ingresso, dove gare colazione, stanze claustrofobiche e pulizia nemmeno eccellente, ho trovato capelli nel letto. Il giorno della mia partenza avevo bisogno di un taxi alle 6 d mattona e c era un signore che non parlava nemmeno inglese alla reception che sembrava lì per caso

Door renovatiewerken was ontbijtzaal gesloten. In de plaats stond er een klein tafeltje met koffiekoeken die je kon nemen. Indien je voor ontbijt betaald zou hebben, is dit wel een tegenvaller

El personal del hotel es muy agradable. Me gustó q ofrezca café 24h y algunos snacks dulces. El baño estaba bien pero podrían tener kits de higiene, solo había jabón. Me gustó que tenía una tetera eléctrica y opciones de tés.

Cons:

No vale ni de cerca el precio. No tiene un frigobar en la habitación y ni un local refrigerado para guardar algo que necesite frío, en mi caso, una medicación que vale 3 diarias del hotel. La limpieza de la habitación que estaba yo no era muy bien echa. Le falta manutención, se ve que están arreglando cosas pero claramente falta. Había una luz rota al lado de mi cama. Para cobrar el precio que cobran, debería ser muchísimo mejor.

In the morning I discovered ants in my room (5th floor) and even in my bed! (And no, I didn't bring them in my suitcase...) Room upkeep a disgrace: torn curtain, peeling wallpaper, shower door out of its hinges so impossible to close properly and even dangerous. There is no breakfast even if reviews here say there is - the receptionist told me they "stopped doing that". You can make yourself a cup of coffee and grab a croissant in the "lobby". Gloomy entrance, and said hotel "lobby" is a 2 by 3 meter space with about half a meter between reception desk and elevator door. No facilities whatsoever - not even a vending machine. My wedge-style room was tiny even for Paris - about 3.5 X 2.5 narrowing down to 2.
Staff was friendly, bed in itself was good, and while it is far from main attractions, it is very close to a subway station.

Great location close to metro/other amenities, very clean, comfy bed.
Pros:

Pastries were available at reception on the first day which were very nice although the second day there were none at the time we left in the morning.

Cons:

The WiFi in the rooms was very poor which is a must now in terms of travelling.
