Piscine très petite pour les adultes mais parfaitement adaptés aux enfants
Very clean and comfortable room
Communication with various staff members was quite poor. We booked and paid for an additional night but the staff member failed to inform anyone. We were almost kicked out of our room and were made to feel like it was our fault and tgat we had overstayed our welcome.

Metro non vicina, ma soprattutto eravamo in 3 adulti e ci hanno messo in una stanza con due letti singoli normali e un lettino minuscolo da bambino… nella camera erano presenti due tazze con caffè e tè offerti però tutto per due, peccato che abbiamo pagato per 3. Attenti alla piscina, non sembra dalle foto ma è davvero minuscola

The staff is not helpful nor nice. We book this hotel in urgent as my wife got her passport stolen in airport and we have to stay in Barcelona for few more days. We book it and the room was nice. But when we seek for extension of stay (to wait for the next direct flight), the night-shift front desk staff said there are still room available and suggest us to check with the front desk again on next morning, and no need to rush to book online. Ok. But the next morning, another front desk staff tell us there are no room available. She haven’t check the computer, she haven’t check other hotels under the same group (there are few in the area) and straightly tell us there are no room left and we can’t extend anyways. We have to urgently find another hotel again.

View outside my room was inwards in hotel to a quite rough looking interior. Due to this I felt I was living in a cave. Did not even know if sun was up or not.
Fijne familiekamer met goede bedden. De kinderen vonden het leuk om ontbijt op de kamer te bestellen.

Al hotel le falta un poco de actualizar la decoración. Es un tanto fría. Echamos de menos un silloncito o algo similar además de la silla del escritorio.
En el baño las toallas de ducha están al otro extremo de la misma. Norrmalmente, las toallas están en un perchero dentro de la misma ducha o más al alcance del huesped.
