Cons:

La habitación era pequeña y no tenía ni una mesa con una silla para sentarse. Tampoco había ningún espacio o sala alternativos para trabajar, sólo las mesas del bar del hotel. No es un problema exclusivo de este hotel, pero en las grandes ciudades en general y en Barcelona en particular los hoteles son carísimos para lo que ofrecen.

En mi estadía estuve en la primera planta al exterior, se filtraba ruido externo y realmente dificultó el descanso. Solicité cambio de habitación y resolvieron la situación.

Me cambiaron de hotel sin ninguna explicación

Después de haber hecho el check-in online sin ningún tipo de incidencia a primera hora del día, cuando llegamos al hotel nos comunicaron que nos trasladaban de Hotel sin ninguna justificación. Yo había elegido el hotel por su ubicación y me sentí maltratado por este cambio, sin ninguna justificación y más cuando iba acompañado de una persona de 85 años.

In tantissimi viaggi fatti non ci è mai capitata un simile disagio!!

Non abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel poiché il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che le 3 camere prenotate non erano più disponibili e ci hanno trasferiti in altri 2 hotel differenti. Ciò ha comportato al nostro gruppo famigliare notevoli disagi poiché con noi c'erano anche persone anziane e con disabilità.

Cons:

Il trattamento ricevuto. Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere per 7 persone in questo hotel diversi mesi fa, organizzando puntualmente tutti i nostri spostamenti poiché con noi vi erano persone anziane con disabilità e il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo ci hanno destinati ad altri 2 hotel distanti tra loro. Così la gestione di tutto il nostro viaggio è stata compromessa negativamente.
