Important information:

Access to the spa is available upon request and for an additional fee. The spa is open from 09:00 to 21:00. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Price: €15 It is necessary to reserve in advance.

The credit card must be in the name of the reservation holder. Otherwise, the corresponding authorization must be presented.

Only 1 dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (on request). A supplement of EUR 22 per animal per night plus a deposit of EUR 200 applies.

Bom hotel e boa localização. O atendimento deixa a desejar.

O hotel é muito bonito, o quarto é bem equipado e o banheiro e camas são muito confortáveis.

Cons:

Presenciei momentos em que mais de dois funcionários foram irônicos com hóspedes fazendo comentários em outras línguas para que não entendessem. Soou bastante desrespeitoso.
Já no meu caso, estava interessado em estender minha reserva por mais 3 dias e, embora havia disponibilidade no site do hotel e em sites de reserva, a recepção dizia não ter vagas. Simplesmente vagas surgiram no meu último dia, pouco antes do check-out. Não me senti acolhido e por isso preferi me mudar para outra acomodação.

Pros:

I was deeply impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond by surprising me with a lovely gift for my birthday, which made my stay truly special. Special thanks to the security guard who met us at 4 AM on March 6th with towels because we were soaking wet. I am also grateful for the assistance with storing our luggage after check-out.

Niveau de prix sans mesure et les chambres à l’étage 5 sont vétustes
Pros:

Personnel très prof et petit déjeuner très très complet

Cons:

N’allez pas à l’étage 5 les chambre sont vétustes, la piscine est gelée donc impraticable à cette saison et en revanche les prix élevés

Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Good location, right near metro and bus stations. Very friendly staff and great breakfast! Hotel is very well maintained and has a great roof with swimming pool and a beautiful surroundings view.
Definitely recommended.

Cons:

The room is a bit small and no drinking water was left in a room for my use

l emplacement de l hotel est pratique avec le metro et les grands axes routiers à proximité

Cons:

la chambre ne faisait pas réscente, très petite
l acces en voiture est compliqué car vous etes obligé de stationné sur le trotoire à cote de l arret de bus pour deposer vos baages
le parking est très cher et peu indiqué car on est sur un axe rapide avec du traffic
