Important information:

Access to the spa is available upon request and for an additional fee. The spa is open from 09:00 to 21:00. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 16 years of age are not allowed access to the spa. Price: €15 It is necessary to reserve in advance.

The pool is open from 09:00 to 21:00.

The credit card must be in the name of the reservation holder. Otherwise, the corresponding authorization must be presented.

Only 1 dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (on request). A supplement of EUR 22 per animal per night plus a deposit of EUR 200 applies.

We asked for a kettle with coffee and the staff promised us that they were going to add it but never did. Beds were comf
Pros:

Nice rooftop view and pool and proximity to Sagrada Familia.

Cons:

Location wasn't exceptional as we ended up commuting a fair bit. For a 4 star hotel, you'd expect at least a kettle or a coffee machine included in the room.

Breakfast and bed were good. The hotel is ideal for.those having a car because it is quite far from the centre:(

Cons:

Hotel far from walking to centre (min. 30 min), to La Rambla 1 hour on foot min. Staff not that helpful, shower drain blocked, reported 4 times but nobody repaired it. Parking the car in an awful underground carpark was 25 euro per day!!!!! Madness....
