Confort, ubicación y gran servicio
Pros:

La verdad es que el personal nos atendió muy bien, nos tocó una habitación con dos camas, pedimos una cama doble y se esforzaron en poder acomodarnos concretamente la recepcionista Bruna que fue de gran ayuda. Las vistas por otra parte son muy buenas y la cama muy cómoda, además de super bien conectado.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and a wonderful stay
Pros:

I stayed at Catalonia Plaza España last Sunday as I needed a comfortable place to spend the day in Barcelona before leaving in the evening. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent.
I would especially like to thank the two gentlemen at the reception on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I did not catch their names, but their kindness, professionalism and attention to detail truly made the difference. They kindly arranged an early check-in at 12:30 and, as a thoughtful gesture knowing that I would leave around 19:00, they upgraded me to a beautiful premium room and even offered the parking. This level of flexibility and genuine hospitality is something guests truly remember.
The hotel itself is very spacious and elegant, with a magnificent view over the Fira area. My room and the bathroom were absolutely impeccable, very comfortable and perfectly maintained.
I also really appreciate how convenient the location is. It is very pleasant to know that there are several restaurants, bars, shops, as well as a swimming pool and fitness facilities nearby, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.
This is exactly the kind of hospitality that builds long-term loyalty. Experiences like this are the reason why I will gladly return and confidently recommend the hotel to friends and colleagues.
A special thank you again to the reception team for their kindness and professionalism.

El alojamiento excepcional en todos los sentidos.

Cons:

El trato, el upgrade, la cama, el personal. Lo cierto es que fue una experiencia excepcional. Totalmente recomendable.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Contratamos la habitación con desayuno, no nos incluyeron el desayuno. La habitación estaba fría y la recepción nos dio la solución de no poner el aire acondicionado ya que solamente era para enfriar aún más la habitación.
Tuve un problema en el check out que no autorice el el pago de unas consumiciones en mi tarjeta y directamente amenazaron a mi pareja con una denuncia, al igual que sacaron el teléfono de mi pareja sin ella haberlo dado el el check in.

Pros:

Rummet var väldigt välstädat och fräscht när vi kom. Läget är också mycket bra med nära avstånd till centrum, vilket gjorde det enkelt att ta sig runt. Sängarna var sköna och vi sov gott under hela vistelsen. Städpersonalen var dessutom mycket hjälpsam och trevlig. Sammantaget en mycket bra upplevelse.
