Kind and Helpful Reception Team
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for our son’s graduation ceremony and had a wonderful experience. We would especially like to thank the reception team. Since we needed to get ready and attend the ceremony, they kindly prepared our room before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated and made our day much less stressful.

Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the staff member who assisted us, but I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the person working at reception when we arrived. Their kindness and willingness to help made a real difference.

The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was spotless and very clean. We would gladly stay here again.

Очень чистый отель, прекрасный персонал, но от метро неудобно.
Pros:

В отеле очень чисто, персонал очень приветливый.

Cons:

Наш рейс задержался и пришлось идти пешком от метро по темным улицам. Метро в пешей доступности, но все же из-за особенностей строения улиц, нужно много раз переходить дорогу и каждый раз ждать на светофоре, что не очень удобно. Не могу поставить высокую оценку за расположение.
