Cons:

We were on the 6th floor and there wasn’t a lift but it wasn’t the end of the world. I’m not sure it’s fair to commend on this as it was 30 plus degrees so the rooms was very hot but the hotel provided 2 fans which was a big help.

Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre très bien, spacieuse et surtout très propre. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Londres

Il manquerait éventuellement un petit déjeuner mais il y a beaucoup de restaurant et café autour de l'hôtel

Cons:

Shower was the slowest ever used and took an age to heat up. Single Pillow was the thinnest I have ever tried to sleep on, walls paper thin, listening to conversations and noise from above all night! Sorry disappointed!
