We didn’t have breakfast. The hotel was clean & modern and very quiet. It was everything we needed it to be. I guess trying to be critical, it was a little short on extras….. eg no facecloths or shower caps! Staff were very helpful.
The first night our aircon didn’t work but they had it fixed by the next night!
Goed bed en ruime kamer.
Kamer lag tegenover de ontbijtzaal en het was erg warm op de kamer. De airco werkte niet.
From walking up the spotless steps & exterior of the hotel we were greeted politely & efficiently by the reception staff.
I cannot understand the negative reviews at all, think we must be somewhere different as hotel was spotless everywhere & smelled lovely!
Our room had everything we wanted, the bed comfy, shower powerful & gleaming & again spotless. Lovely quality white bed linen. Proper size bath towels as well. In the room glasses, fridge, coffee etc.
Really quiet & peaceful room.
The breakfast was plentiful & catered for all needs. The quality of produce very high standard but if I was to be slightly critical the hot breakfast could be slightly hotter & rather than a side plate maybe consider a larger plate. That said this only a minor observation & I still give this hotel 10/10 & we will be back when next in London.

Nothing but if to be super critical the hot breakfast could be slightly warmer & rather than side plates provide larger plate for the hot food.
Este foarte aproape de metrou și curățenia este ok.
Faptul ca am stat undeva la subsol (etaj-1) ceea ce a fost foarte aiurea, sa nu ai o fereastra pe care sa o poti deschide sau priveliște, efectiv era ca si cum ai sta într-un beci! Un alt minus ar fi patul care pentru mine personal, salteaua a fost destul de tare, motiv pentru care m am și ales cu o nevralgie 😅.

The room next to the lift, and the sound of the lift in the room was very intrusive (similar to a dentist drill), and the housekeeping laundry was sorted outside our window.

WHEN WE REACH THEY ASK 100£ DEPOSIT WHICH WE NEVER RECEIVED BACK..IS ALREADY PASSED 2 MONTHS....THE FIRST NIGHT WE SLEPT IN COLD ,BECAUSE THE AC WAS NOT WORKING IN THE ROOM AND NOBODY CARES....,THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE,THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY FULL OF HAIR AND SPOTS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS,THE CLEANING IS NOT DONE PROPERLY,THE AC IS NOT WORKING AND US CONTROLLED FROM THE RECEPTIONIST,THE BEDS AND PILLOWS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE,AND EVEN UF IS 4 STARS YOU DON'T HAVE SLEEPERS OR BATHROBES IN THE ROOM ....!!RUN FROM THIS HOTEL...IS THE WORST EVER !!
I really liked the facilities and the room was amazing-comfortable beds and amazing bathroom. I will say the location was also great. Easy access and just a quick 2 min walk to the tube and even great walking distance to things. The restaurants around the area also had delicious foods.
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I have received far much better service and nicer room in so called “budget hotels”. This is supposed to be a “4 star” hotel when in reality it’s not they are a self proclaimed 4 star hotel which means they haven’t went thru any of the actual testing to be awarded those 4 stars. The staff are as good as useless and all need sacking. Honestly wouldn’t pay for a room for my dog here

The only good thing about this property is location
The staff are so rude and don’t want to know about anything. Supposed to be a “4 star” more like 1 star rooms are disgustingly filthy and ridiculously small for the price. £100 deposit that you best be prepared not to see for over 2 weeks and have to chase them up to get it back.
The bed was small for two people and the room a little bit small too
