Very comfortable beds and great location
Absolutely nothing I am so disappointed.
I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable stay at this hotel. I visited with my best friend, and as two young women, we were already hoping for somewhere we’d feel safe and relaxed but unfortunately that was not the case at all.
We were placed in a room in the garden area, which immediately made us uneasy. Within five minutes of arriving, we asked to change rooms due to how isolated and uncomfortable we felt, but our request was denied without much consideration.
The room itself had a strange locked door that appeared to connect to the neighbouring room, which made us feel even more on edge. It did not feel secure, and we could not relax knowing someone could potentially be just on the other side.
To make matters worse, the location meant we had to walk through a dark, tree lined area to get in and out. We ended up cancelling our evening plans entirely because we simply did not feel safe going back and forth at night.
My friend also suffers from hay fever, which we had mentioned to staff, but being placed in a garden room clearly did not take that into account.
Throughout the night, we kept hearing unexplained noises from outside, which made it impossible to sleep. Between the stress, discomfort, and lack of support from staff, it completely ruined our stay.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially not for young women or anyone who values feeling safe and comfortable while travelling.

The overall ambiance felt luxurious, the double delux room was very well designed, on the smaller side but still big enough. The shower worked flawlessly, with plenty of hot water, and everything was very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The location is excellent, with plenty of options to have breakfast just outside the hotel, and the area is very well connected.
The kettle caused a brief electrical short circuit, but this was fixed immediately, so it was not an issue at all.
