A good place, good value- and excellent staff!
Pros:

The staff! SO nice and helpful. It's a nice place, everything is there. Not a high luxury but the price is great and good value for the money.

Cons:

I was cold at night and honestly couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature. I wished the bed cover was warmer. Ended up sleeping in three layers of clothing.

Our London visit
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The twin room was small. It was hard to open suitcases to utilise. The bathroom was very small, no room to move.

klein maar fijn
Pros:

Goede locatie, Underground was om de hoek, waardoor je met 5 minuutjes lopen bij 3 verschillende metrolijnen bent. badkamer was klein maar fijn.

Cons:

Kamer was gelijk naast de lift, dit beteknde dat ik best wat geluidsoverlast had.

We would stay here again but would like to see the accommodation updated and full English breakfast
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Nice smell in room.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were small, dated and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, curtains mended and mould removed from bathroom ceiling. Furniture chipped. A bottle of water would have been nice in the room. Breakfast could have included a traditional cooked breakfast with eggs, bacon, mushrooms etc rather than just a fried egg on the plate.

Buena relación precio calidad
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, con las lineas de metro que pasan por Gloucester Road pude moverme a toda la ciudad! De noche la cuadra del hotel tiene poco movimiento, pero nunca me paso nada.

Cons:

El wifi es muy malo, la conexión no es estable. No oude usarlo desde mi habitación en ningún momento de mi estadía. Si queres tener wifi tenes que ir al lobby.

I love London.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, las comodidades del hotel y, por sobre todas las cosas, la atención brindada por el personal de recepción, en particular, Shareeq, gracias a él pudimos resolver dudas, llegar a los destinos planeados e, incluso, nos ayudó a coordinar otros paseos. Una experiencia inolvidable.

الموقع ممناز حدا وراقي وامان وقريب من محطة مترو وقريب من شارع رئيسي ملئ بالمطاعم والمقاهي يوجد تكييف ويوجد شطاف وهذي تعتبر اهم ميزتين للسكن في لندن الاستقبال متعاونين وبشوشين و تركنا الحقائب عندهم قبل موعد التشك ان

الغرفه لثلاثه اشخاص مساحتها صغيره جدا وحمام واحد وفي الدور الاول بجانب الاستقبال وطلبت ترقية الغرفه للادوار العليا لكن اعتذروا بحجة عدم التوفر والهوتيل اعتقد انه ثلاثه ادوار ليس كبير جدا
