Alcuni spazi molto risicati, ma in linea con il prezzo. Posizione e personale validissimi.
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere i luoghi turistici (Metro a poca distanza). Camere adeguate, una anche spaziosa. Materassi comodi. Bagni piccoli, ma attrezzati. Personale attento e disponibile.

Cons:

Colazione con poca scelta, ma sufficiente. Bagni minuscoli.

Lekker stil in een drukke stad. Dicht bij Gloucester Road station dus makkelijk om.met de tube overal te komen. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

De douche. Je moet buiten de badkamer de temperatuur instellen. Dan is het minstens 10 minuten van stromend koud water voordat de warm water er is.

This could be a really nice place, but it is in dire need of refurbishment!

Cons:

Room was very cramped, wifi was unuseable, breakfast was not great (I usually eat anything but I didnt bother going after the first day), all furniture in the room was damaged, and the carpet was filthy.

It was cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Le système d'eau chaude difficile à régler dans la douche, la qualité des produits du petit déjeuner qui pourrait être améliorée : notamment les fruits qui sont inmangeables.

Amazed with the space of bedroom and bathroom
Pros:

Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Glouster Road station which is serviced by 3 lines. We have a 3 bedroom room which was extremely spacious and bathroom as well. Never had such a large room in London. The breakfast was very basic but good enough.

Cons:

Maybe a slightly better breakfast selection, though for a 3 star hotel its the standard now so overall good enough.

We will definitely be back.
Pros:

We arrived at about 10am expecting to store our bags. We were given access to our room immediately... Our room safe wasn't working and was replaced promptly.
Great staff, value.
Very good breakfast provided with something for everyone.
We look forward to returning.

A really good place to stay in Kensington!
Pros:

My room was reasonably spacious. It was good to have air conditioning. It was comfortable and fairly well equipped and I wasn't disturbed by noice at night. The bathroom was quite spacious. The location was excellent for getting round London, but in particular, it's only a 10 minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall. The cafe provided excellent, healthy breakfasts, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a little discount in the cafe for hotel guests. Other than that, there is nothing else I would want to change.
