Great location, friendly receptionist, clean place.
Pros:

The location was superb. The room was very good, small but adequate. On the day of my departure I asked could they keep hold of my bag for me to collect at the end of the day. They did this for me, they were very helpful.

Great location, comfortable room.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Close to tube. You can walk to Oxford/ Regents Sts, Hyde Park, Harrods etc. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures.

I think they were so rude and one time my cup is broken. They told me you have to pay for it and a second of all I cannot bring any visitors. What kind of hotel is this? No help with the beg and they’re very rude
