Pros:

The room and location were very good. I didnt know it will be in the basement, so you need to consider,that a few rooms here are underground. Nevertheless they are good

Pros:

- Personnel et accueil sympatiques
- Emplacement idéal, proche du métro, des bus et des pubs ):
- Plutôt calme, car rue peu fréquentée la nuit

Cons:

- 4 eme étage sans ascenceur dans escalier étroit, pas facile avec bagages
- Insonoriation perfectible: on entendait le voisin ronfler!
- Le wifi est hyper lent: la réservation de l'avion de retour était perturbée

Pros:

Helpful friendly staff! Great location. Clean. Outside noise was the only drawback. But when you want to be close to everything, everything is going to be outside! We had a room to accommodate 4 of us with separate beds and that is not easy to find in London.
