Great value for money and friendly staff, less than 5min from Oxford street
Pros:

Great value for money, very close to Oxford street, felt safe as a single female staying. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Hotel has no smoking policy but basement rooms had outside area where guests smoked and even with windows closed my room on ground floor still filled with smoke. I reported to staff and they were excellent, spoke to guest once we figured where smoke came from. Didn’t like the concertina door for bathroom but I don’t think any other type of door could fit in the space. Very small double room it should basically be a single, 2 people would struggle to stay comfortably. Carpets and walls could do with a clean.I stayed in room behind reception next to stairs which was a bit noisy when guests went by but it didn’t bother me, I had earplugs and slept soundly.

Everything as ordered.
Pros:

It’s exactly like th pictures. You get what you order.
Also you could give them the key - so no worries about losing it or who stays up if the group separates.

Cons:

It’s quite loud from the outside (not fault of the property) and you couldn’t open the windows.

Comodissima ad Oxford Street per muoversi velocemente in tutta la città.

Cons:

La stanza era piccolissima, in 2 adulti ed una bambina (in culla) eravamo strettissimi. Non adatta se si è in 3.

Ubicación perfecta, personal agradable. Aunque es de los precios más asequibles, es caro para lo que tienes.

La ubicación es perfecta, zona tranquila pero relativamente cerca del centro.
El personal de recepción era muy simpático.

Cons:

Aunque se ve que van haciendo reformas, lo que menos me gustó es la moqueta en la habitación, no da una sensación limpia.
