Good value for the money but a bit unpleasant
Pros:

Location and breakfast.

Cons:

The room had a distinct smell. We had to open the windows every time we came back since the air in the room smelled odd and was stuffy. No one had cleaned inside the lamps in a long time and they had dead flies in them. There was also a lot of dust behind one of the beds. They were doing renovations in the hotel while we stayed. We were not informed of this in advance.

Pessimo
Pros:

Cons:

Nada a mencionar.

Boa relação qualidade preço
Pros:

Location is spot on. Don’t think we would book to stay again as there are nicer hotels for a similar price.
Pros:

Location is brilliant, close to plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. Beds are comfortable.

The hotel is fine if you’re just putting your head down at nighttime.

Cons:

The rooms could really use a freshen up and a lick of paint. The rooms are ok but nothing too special. Very basic but look quite old and grubby.

The elevator takes so long to come and can only fit 2 people so we were more comfortable in taking the stairs.

The shower is the smallest shower I’ve ever seen & been in. I understand London hotel rooms are generally small but the shower in our bathroom was a different level.

The tv is very small and quite high up on the wall and you can’t angle it down to make it more comfortable to watch when you’re in bed.

There is no air conditioning in the rooms and since they’re quite small they heat up very quickly. The window does open slightly but as our room was facing the road having the window open does mean you hear everything going up and down the street.
