Great place. Very convenient for Paddington.
Pros:

It was very clean, spacious and as it was very hot they provided an air conditioner in the room.

Cons:

The lift was extremely slow.

La cama era muy cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio

Cons:

El trato recibido por el personal. Mi tía se tropezó con una bolsa de la limpieza y se hizo una pequeña brecha en el ojo. No ofrecieron ayuda queriendo eludir responsabilidades y haciéndole firmar un documento que no decía la verdad. Documento que evidentemente no firmó. Mi madre no hablaba inglés y se reían de ella. Me pareció una falta de respeto. Pienso que un hotel debería tener a personas que al menos hablen algo de español. Cuando vienen ingleses a España nosotros les hablamos en inglés.

Personal muy amable y bien situado
Pros:

Lo mejor es el personal, que es muy amable. Nuestro vuelo de vuelta salía muy temprano y nos prepararon una bolsa de picnic con un desayuno muy completo para llevar. Solucionaron como pudieron el tema del calor con aires acondicionados portátiles en la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación es bastante pequeña. Creo que se lleva mejor en estancias de pocos días.

Maravilhosa e tranquila.
Pros:

A acomodação foi excelente, mas eu fui no verão, o aparelho de ar não deu muito conta, mas fora isso o quarto é bom a localização é perfeita, deu para ir em lugares perto e a pé, uma rua super tranquila e aconchegante. O atendimento dos funcionários também foram maravilhosos.
