Pros:

Le personnel est aimable et répond aux besoins des clients. L’hôtel est bien situé, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement et de profiter pleinement du séjour à Londres.

Cons:

Personnel aimable, mais plusieurs points négatifs : absence de pommeau de douche, fenêtre impossible à ouvrir, bouton du chauffage cassé et lit trop petit pour un couple avec un nourrisson. Dommage pour le confort du séjour.

Pros:

Je to super lokalita. Ideální spojení s letištěm i s centrem města. Navíc je tam klid a kousek vedle je ulice Queensway, kde je plno skvělých restaurací. Personál vyl velmi ochotný, ubytování čisté a snídaně naprosto dostačující. Po chackoutu nám ještě pohlídali kufry několik hodin.

Nenapadá mě nic, co bych mohl za tu cenu vytknout
