Lovely stay
Pros:

Excellent location, near to Bayswater tube and Paddington tiluve. Easy 30 minute walk across Kensington gardens/Hyde Park to the natural history museum and the science museum

Cons:

Breakfast room is very small and no windows, but the breakfast itself is fine and filled us up well for the day. The staff were very nice, gave our children a teapot full of hot chocolate on our 1st morning for breakfast.

Pros:

Die Lage und im Zimmer war es hell

Cons:

Es war nicht sauber (wenn man die Klamotten beim verbeilaufen an der wand streift, werden diese dreckig)
Personal ( wussten nicht was Hafermilch bedeutet was schon wichtig ist da Unverträglichkeiten gibt)
Frühstück war nicht gut

Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca del metro de Bayswater o Queensway. Las habitaciones limpias. El desayuno bien, variado. En las habitaciones hay hervidor y puedes hacer infusiones o café con leche y también chocolat! También hay pequeña nevera en la habitación. El personal amable y todo correcto.

Cons:

El ascensor es pequeño, el suelo de moqueta y que cruje un poco y la habitación justa de espacio y poco armario.

Pros:

Comfortable stay with clean rooms and great hospitality. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is excellent, with 3–4 underground stations just a 7–8 minute walk away. There are also many good restaurants and stores nearby, and the area feels very peaceful.

Cons:

Drinking water should be made more easily accessible for guests.

Lovely staff, we arrived on the morning and already had our chamber !

Good location, good staff, pretty chamber.

Cons:

I'd like to have more informations directly about the changing towels for example. Also, they talk on Booking reservation there is a huge deposit to make but we did not have to do, but when you read it it's a bit stressing to learn it once you booked. More, the breakfast is really nice but maybe more fresh food would be appreciated. Then, the service is good and we liked pur trip including the hotel ! Thanks for all.

Pros:

La ubicación está fenomenal, a 5 minutos de zona comercial con restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados. Buenas comunicación con 2 autobuses y 2 lineas de metro a 5 minutos

Cons:

Tuvimos un par de incidencias con el agua caliente y el WC pero lo solucionaron pronto cuando lo comunicamos. No hablan español en recepción.
