Pros:

beds were clean and the rooms were too. it was quiet and the location really good. breakfast was good too.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small and mattress was a bit hard and the ligthing wasnt that good when I needed to put my makeup on.

Pros:

Wonderful location to use as a base. The room was disappointing and well below acceptable standard.
Pros:

The property was well located in easy walking distance to Kensington Gardens and public transport. Plenty of places to eat were available. From this perspective, it is an excellent choice

Cons:

I rarely leave feedback and have never left negative feedback in the past. On this occasion, I need to advise others of the neglected nature of this room and the lack of maintenance of the room that we stayed in
The floor was filthy with the carpet looking like it has never had a steam clean in the past 15 years. It is badly stained and disgusting to walk on. The bathroom door got stuck on the carpet so was difficult to close. The carpet had no strip or end covering going into the bathroom and the ends were frayed as a result. The carpet was a real issue.
The bathroom had tiles that were loose and without grout both on the wall and the floor in many places.
The shower is so small with no soap dish or anywhere to put shampoo or shaving products. Washing hair or shaving was very difficult and we are not large people.
The bed is so narrow and very uncomfortable to sleep in. This seriously is the smallest bed we have ever slept in. DO NOT book a double bed as a couple. You will sleep horribly which in our instance was 8 nights.

Would stay again if I couldn't find somewhere better,
Pros:

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Great location for Hyde Park and Cnetral London etc.

Cons:

Our room was situated next to the Breakfast room so was was loud in the mornings. Staff were also noisy on mobile phones and vaccuuming quite early in the day.

The staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was minimal for a buffet.

Cons:

The room was filthy, there was a thick layer of dust all over the skirting boards looked like they had not been cleaned in months, and there was a mouse trap in the room too.

Clean hotel, good location and friendly staff. Wifi was hit and miss! No view or natural sunlight.
Pros:

Good location! Breakfast wasn’t part of deal but heard it was a continental breakfast not a cooked breakfast which I would have been disappointed with if part of deal.
Air conditioning was welcome

Wifi was poor!
Room was in basement with no view!
