Not great, but not horrible
Pros:

The property was well kept. However, our room TV was broken. There was no ice machine working in the rooms were tiny. The shower however was excellent shower pressure.

Convenient , cosy and clean
Pros:

Location was excellent for Hyde park and the city . The receptionist fella was really helpful and advised us well on tube stations etc . Also managed to pick up an open top bus tour within a short walk from the hotel .

Cons:

It was good value for money - it served us well . Not sure if they did a breakfast or not but some nice places close by anyway so no problem

Pros:

Chambre très agréable, literie confortable, propre.

Cons:

La douche : pas de pommeau, juste le diffuseur en haut donc pas du tout pratique car cabine très petite et très glissante.
Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres, pas d'aération.
Lits confortables mais très hauts

L'emplacement

Cons:

La chambre en sous-sol donc proche de la salle du petit déjeuner : pas assez insonorisé, on entend beaucoup de bruit le matin dès 7h et en pleine nuit aussi.
Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre

Ogólnie jestem zadowolony.
Pros:

Wygodne łóżka, czysto, blisko ulicy z restauracjami, kawiarniami i sklepami, łatwy dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej. Blisko park.

Cons:

Wielkość pokoju. Mała wina. Poza tym konstrukcja podłogi sprawia wrażenie jakby była wykonana ze spadkiem co było dość dziwne.

Outstanding Service
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the room very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good too. Above all, the staff were outstanding, Iryna offered to take photographs of my Mother & I before we went to the Royal Garden Party which was such a lovely personal touch. I will definitely be coming back
