Pros:

Perfetta posizione per poter girare Londra sia a piedi che con la metro che si trova a 200 metri dalla struttura, in più a 200 metri si trovano tantissimi ristoranti ed un supermercato conveniente.

Konum olarak fiyatını gözönünde bulundurduğumuzda fena değildi. Oda düzenliydi

En üst katta (6) olması, odanın çok sıcak olması, bu sebeple sürekli seyyar klimayı (normal klima bulunmuyor) çalıştırmak durumunda kaldık ve çok gürültülü çalışıyor (gece defalarca uyandık), duş ile wc’yi ayıran bir perde veya duşakabin yok, terlik yok. En azından mini barda su olabilirdi

Sicuramente la posizione, zona tranquilla e silenziosa

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia della camera insomma, prima sera trovo il mio pigiama lanciato per terra, la seconda diversi cuscini lasciati per terra o sotto il letto che con quelle moquette non molto igienico.

Only the location

Cons:

Window was insecure. Poor value for money. Substandard breakfast. Cleaning equipment left in corridor permanently. Our room had been renovated but friends who also stayed had a totally unrenovated room and bathroom.

Pros:

petit déjeuner complet et avec des horaires flexibles
le quartier très sympa et assez calme

j'aurais aimé qu'on me précise lors de ma réservation que la chambre était situé sous le rez de chaussée( pas de luminosité, pas de réseau) car j'aurais modifié ma demande; j'ai pu constater aussi de nombreuses tâches au niveau du plafond, à gauche du lit( et j'ai même dit à mon fils "cela ressemble à un problème d'eau)
Le soir de notre arrivée, vu 2 araignées dans la chambre sous les oreillers; et le lendemain de mon arrivée, j'ai eu droit à une infiltration d'eau au dessus du lit; j'ai prévenu la réception et demandé à changer de chambre mais j'attends toujours une réponse.
le réceptionniste est revenu vers 18h pour constater avec un intervenant mais en aucun cas, ne m'a proposé un changement de chambre.
et lors de mon départ, aucune question à savoir si j'avais passé un bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel.

je ne suis pas de nature à me plaindre mais j'ai été décue de la non réactivité face à ce problème
