A good hotel for a small Italian town. The room is quite large—it could easily accommodate a single bed and a double bed. It feels like they skimped on space. Otherwise, everything is fine—decent breakfasts, a good location—right in the center, a large bathroom.

La gentilezza del personale
Mi è stato assegnato un bagno per disabili non richiesto. Al check in mi è stato descritto (niente bidè e doccia con solo un buco nel pavimento), ho accettato per non mettere in imbarazzo la persona molto nota a Sondrio che mi accompagnava. Però non mi è stato detto che la camera era un sottotetto senza finestre, con un lucernario inadeguato a un normale ricambio dell'aria. Non basta: se fossi stato davvero disabile in bagno sarei caduto più volte data l'assenza totale di appoggi, alla faccia delle norme.

Camera accogliente pulitissima e spaziosa . Posizione spettacolare,letto comodissimo.
Non eccezionale la colazione , prodotti buoni ma più o meno quello che si trova in ogni albergo, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più. Ma comunque discreta.
Una bellissima struttura confortevole situata in una grande piazza Garibaldi,ben gestita.
Non mi è piaciuto il comportamento di Booking che nell’assegnare la camera non ha precisato che la camera assegnata per invalidi era priva di doccia e bidè. Grazie alla comprensione di Sabrina della reception e’ stato risolto l’inconveniente con il cambio camera Superior senza aumento di prezzo.

Bello e centrale, ottima soluzione per Sondrio, personale gentile e disponibile.
Credo di aver ricevuto la stessa stanza per due volte di fila, una stanza adattata per i disabili, bella, ma un po’ scomoda e veramente tanto calda, aprire la finestra (abbaino) ha comunque risolto tutto

Great location.
Issue with electricity in the room (complete black out), we have been moved to another room after the 2nd night out of 3.
Spa was not ready to welcome guests even though it is a service under reservation: I could not use the sauna or steam room as they did not have time to heat enough during my dedicated time slot.
Error in calculating the total bill : it was rectified immediately but it was not a nice experience to have to check totals and come back for explanation+reimbursement.
