Pros:

La prise en charge a été rapide. Une des réceptionnistes , Maria a été vraiment disponible envers nous. Elle nous a patiemment indiqué les sites d'attraction et donné toutes les infos pour y arriver. Notre sehour a été très agréable.

All in all satisfactory but not spectacular.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel generously provided a bottle of water for the room every day and there was also water dispensers in the lobby. The pool area was good for sunbathing and the staff at the bar in the pool area were super friendly. There is a laundromat close to the hotel, which was great for washing the laundry before going home.

Cons:

The facility was not perfect. The shower drain had some sort of a blockage and water would not flow well and it made showering uncomfortable as water stayed. The shower door didn’t close properly, letting water out onto the bathroom floor. The bed and the mattress felt uncomfortable. I could not sleep well and constantly felt I may fall of the bed each time I turned in sleep, although the bed didn’t seem small. I don’t know what made the mattress so uncomfortable for me. The location wasn’t great. The pool was extremely small and waist deep and the water in the pool didn’t seem clean enough, maybe because it was too small and got dirty quickly.

Stadthotel in netter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage zum Bus und Bahn. Das Zimmer war okay, gute aber sehr hohe Betten. Minibar war vorhanden, Safe auch. Dieser war nicht nutzbar da wir ihn trotz Anleitung u Codeeingabe usw nicht zu bekamen.
Personal war freundlich u hilfsbereit. Da Verständigung nur auf spanisch oder englisch war diese ab und zu etwas holprig. Frühstücksbufett u Raum war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Raum des Restaurants, um abends im Hotel zu essen, war grauenhaft. Ein Raum ohne Fenster mit ein paar kleinen Tischen und total ungemütlich.. Wir haben dann lieber in der Umgebung uns ein nettes Lokal gesucht. Die Eingangstor des Hotels sollte mal repariert werden da beim Öffnen u schließen das Aufeinanderknallen der beiden Glastüren echt nicht toll ist, besonders wenn man in der Lobby sitzt.

Fair quality for the price. The location is good, with a convenient public transport connection to the city center. The beds were comfortable, the room size was good, and the air conditioning worked well.

Cons:

The hotel feels a bit outdated. While this could potentially be part of its charm (a retro, authentic Spanish design), it is unfortunately neglected in certain critical aspects. There was mold in the shower, the bathroom utilities could be upgraded, the water in the shower and bath was not draining well enough, and there were spider webs on the ceiling. There is also a general lack of proper maintenance, visible through stains and worn-out materials. Because of this, I feel that the pictures on the website are slightly misleading.

L’établissement est super agréable super propre et l’adresse est facile à trouver

Cons:

Dès que je reviendrai, j’aimerais bien avoir quelqu’un de l’accueil qui parle français car j’avais un peu du mal à communiquer, je comprends pas espagnol

Ottima soluzione, un po’ fuori mano dal centro
Pros:

Camera pulita, con tutte le dotazioni per questo livello di hotel. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade a camera superior allo stesso prezzo.
Piscina in centro a Barcellona sicuramente un cosa unica.

Cons:

Un po’ fuori dalle zone turistiche centrali e dalla metro.

Muy buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias y una atención perfecta. Nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito a una suite y estuvo genial!!!
