Super hôtel bien situé à 6 min. Du métro. Petit quartier plus résidentiel mais dans une grande ville donc plusieurs café

Pros:

Llegué cansado varias horas antes del check-in y ya tenían mi habitacion preparada. Alba, creo recordar que fue la que me atendió en recepción fue MUY amable. Realmente todo el equipo del hotel super encantador y te hacen sentir en casa. La habitación super cómoda.

Cons:

Me desperté de madrugada puntualmente con ruidos en el pasillo de gente hablando y cerrando puertas. Se me ocurre que para mejorar la experiencia del cliente y llevarla al 12, podría instarse en el check-in a los clientes que si llegan a partir de las 11 que vigilen conversaciones en pasillos y portazos para respetar el descanso de otros.

Pros:

Kreeg een gratis upgrade naar junior suite, was mooie kamer. Grote badkamer. Bed was prima.
zwembad was leuk alleen in zijn geheel 110cm diep, handdoeken moest je bij de receptie halen; vond ik wat onhandig.

Cons:

Hielden niet goed bij of je touristen tax betaald had. Ik had gelukkig de bon bewaard maar bij inchecken & uitchecken moest ik dit betalen.
Inchecken duurde lang & online inchecken lukte niet.
Ik wilde ontbijt to-go alleen werd door personeel afgeraden dat dit echt niet lekker was en duur. Wellicht dan dit aan te passen.
Door de stenen vloeren & dunne deuren/muren zeer gehorig.
