We came for the location, garage and pool...only expectation was met.
Pros:

Being in the city center and using public transport to get to all the important destinations was one reason we booked this hotel and thats certainly one of its plus sides. Room and bath size are also reasonably good.

Cons:

We booked this hotel also for having a garage, in which they wouldnt let us in with a midsize SUV, for being too large.
We booked this hotel also for having a pool, which turns out to be tiny and shallow and only to shade spots on the terrace.
The rooms have strong chemical odor of a cleaning agent that he had trouble getting used to.
The showers were pretty badly cleaned with lots of hair from previous tennants.
The hotel does not feel like four stars, maybe three and its overdue in getting a proper restoration.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten bewquem

Cons:

Service bei der Ankunft war nicht freundlich. Aussicht auf den Balkon auf hässlichen Innenhof. Frühstück und Tiefgarage überteuert. Für den Preis ist mehr zu erwarten.
