We had trouble with the bathroom drain.

Nada! Todo estaba excelente. Mención a la camarera de piso, que fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento! En recepción, a Viviane, al valet y las chicas de cocina. Excelente atención… quedamos encantados

El olor a sucio , requiere hacer una restauración porque el hotel es hermoso pero los espacios comunes , alfombras decoración mural son tétricos

The room was okay, but access to the room is a bit confusing due to multiple hostels/hotels operating within the same building. The elevator is quite outdated and was not working one evening during my stay.

Nothing it was a dump use to be a hostel and is located in a terrible run down area

The hotel is highly overpriced for the services and facilities provided. The room lacked basic amenities such as a dental kit, slippers, a tea/coffee kettle, and other essentials that one would normally expect at this price point.

Additionally, there was excessive noise due to construction work happening down the street, which made the stay quite unpleasant and disturbed the overall experience.

Considering the price, the facilities, and the noise, the hotel is definitely not worth the money. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend staying here.

L’établissement c’est complètement différent aux photos. Il semblerait un hôtel presque luxe mais c’était tout le contraire. On semblerait sentait être enfermé dans un appartement d’une vieille femme. C’était pas assez propre. La nourriture était en mauvais état. Il avait des pommes avec moho et un ananas si mur qu’avoir pris un goût à alcohol. Tout avoir un aspect différent de celui des photos. Et pour le prix je trouve que tu peux réussir à trouver quelque chose mieux que ça.

The construction going on

Todo estaba bien. El precio lo vale por la ubicación.

Het is een oud, kruip-door-sluip-door hotel met veel trappen en 1 lift die ook door schoonmaakpersoneel wordt gebruikt. Verder moet je even wegwijs worden in een systeem van intercom beveiliging per verdieping.

Rooms are a bit dated. Buffet food and breakfast is pretty poor. The air conditioner temperature control was broken and made the room too cold.

Coming and going from the room is painful and makes you think twice about going for a quick outing. When you leave your room, the first thing you notice is awful stench. You have to hold your nose while you run to the hallway exit, but the door is locked so you're trapped in the stink. There's a phone on the wall that you have to pick up and then wait for someone in reception to buzz you through the door. Then you're standing at the lift waiting for what seems like forever to take you down to reception where you have to hand in the key before you leave the hotel. They key has a 30cm long key fob attached, so you can't really take it with you. Then you have to go back to the lift and wait again for it take you down to the ground floor so you can finally be out of the horrible hotel.

After 2 nights, I decided that was enough and told them I want to leave. They didn't even ask me what was wrong, just suggested switching rooms. I declined since most of the problems are not specific to the room. They forced me to stay one more night in the hotel before refunding me for the remainder of my stay.
