Cons:

The room was dirty, with peeling paint on the walls and a yellow-stained ceiling. The curtains were dirty and ripped, and there was black hair on the bedsheets. The overall condition of the room was absolutely disgusting and far below what I expected.

Hotelul este localozat intr-o zona buna

Cons:

În urma confirmării rezervării prin Booking.com, ne-am prezentat la hotel conform instrucțiunilor din aplicație, după ora 15:00, mai exact în jurul orei 15:15. La recepție, am fost informați că rezervarea fusese anulată la ora 15:00 din cauza neplății și că, din păcate, hotelul nu mai dispunea de nicio cameră liberă.
Am verificat conversația din aplicația Booking.com, însă nu am găsit nicio notificare prealabilă prin care să fim informați despre o eventuală problemă cu plata sau despre riscul anulării rezervării. Singura informație relevantă era anularea efectuată chiar la ora 15:00, cu aproximativ 15 minute înainte de sosirea noastră.
În urma mai multor schimburi de mesaje cu echipa Booking.com, am înțeles că hotelul nu ar fi încasat suma aferentă rezervării în momentul efectuării acesteia, ci ar fi încercat să proceseze plata abia în noaptea dinaintea cazării. În acel moment, confirmarea inițială a plății nu mai era considerată valabilă de către bancă, iar tranzacția a fost blocată. Daca ar fi anuntat pe chat, as fi platit imediat.
Ceea ce mi se pare însă cel mai greu de înțeles este faptul că, în doar 15 minute de la anularea rezervării, camera nu mai era disponibilă. Cum este posibil ca un hotel să anuleze o rezervare la ora 15:00, iar la ora 15:15 să nu mai aibă nicio cameră liberă pentru clienții care se prezintă conform indicațiilor din platformă?
Nu pot afirma cu certitudine care au fost motivele reale, însă situația mi-a lăsat impresia că rezervarea noastră a fost tratată ca o opțiune sigură pentru hotel, până în momentul în care a apărut posibilitatea de a oferi aceeași cameră altui client, eventual la un tarif mai mare pentru o rezervare de ultim moment. Aceasta este doar o presupunere personală, dar circumstanțele au ridicat în mod firesc semne de întrebare.
În consecință, eu și partenera mea ne-am trezit în centrul Barcelonei, cu bagajele după noi, obligați să găsim cât mai repede o altă cazare pentru a nu risca să rămânem fără un loc unde să dormim.

Una pasada del hotel!
Pros:

Mi experiencia en el hotel ha sido excelente, todo estuvo súper bien!
Una de las cosas más importantes para mí era poder descansar bien por la noche, y este hotel ha superado mis expectativas. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de la ciudad, es increíblemente tranquilo. Las ventanas dan al interior y los vecinos son muy tranquilos, así que no se oye absolutamente nada. Se descansa de maravilla!

El personal de recepción es súper amable, atento y servicial. Te ayudan muchísimo con cualquier cosa que necesites y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa.

Además, la piscina de la sexta planta es una pasada, con unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje.

Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel. ¡Una combinación perfecta de ubicación céntrica, tranquilidad, buen servicio y unas vistas increíbles!

If you’re looking for a place in the center that is not too expensive
Pros:

Location was perfect, breakfast were nice and they even changed the offer throughout our stay.

Cons:

We were in an unreconstructed part which was very dated and you could hear the noise from the street as well as from the corridor.

Perfekte Lage und sehr nettes Personal mit super Frühstück!
Pros:

Sehr zentral, sehr sauber und ein sehr grosses Zimmer mit komfortablem Bad. Sehr gutes Frühstück von 7.00 Uhr bis 11.00 Uhr. Es gab sogar frischen O-Saft.

Cons:

Es war wirklich alles super. Ein wenig mehr Pflanzen im Haus wären schön. Sehr weiss alles.

Nice, comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful, accommodating and informative for things to do and places to eat. Location was great just a few blocks from the main street "Las Ramblas". Room was comfortable and had a patio with a table and 2 chairs. Rooftop pool area was nice and had views of the entire city, relaxing in the evening.

Cons:

Older building so occasionally you could hear water running thru the pipes, especially when it rained.
