Funcionário nos atendeu perfeitamente, instalações do quarto boa, fica do lado do shopping e da estação de metrô, piscina não é grande mas é satisfatória, ótima localização

Cons:

Única coisa ruim foi a televisão que tem limitador de volume não dá pra ouvir quase nada, entendo que é para não atrapalhar os outros hóspedes, mas nosso vizinho passou a noite arrastando móveis.

Très mauvaise expérience.

Nous avions réservé un séjour avec trois petits-déjeuners inclus chaque matin pour deux adultes et un enfant.

Notre vol étant prévu à 8h00, nous avons quitté l’hôtel à 6h00. La veille, j’ai demandé à la réception de nous préparer des petits-déjeuners à emporter. J’avais également précisé que nous ne mangeons pas de porc.

Le résultat est tout simplement inadmissible :

* un seul sandwich pour trois personnes, qui contenait en plus du porc ;
* trois mini-viennoiseries pour trois personnes ;
* une minuscule brique de jus de fruits ;
* une bouteille d’eau ;
* seulement deux fruits, dont un complètement pourri.

J’ai des photos qui prouvent l’état du fruit ainsi que le contenu du “petit-déjeuner”.

Lorsque j’ai demandé le remboursement des trois petits-déjeuners, la réception a refusé. Leur seule explication est que les petits-déjeuners ne sont pas remboursables et que, puisque nous partions avant l’ouverture du service, c’était notre responsabilité. Ils reconnaissent uniquement s’être trompés en ne préparant qu’un seul pique-nique au lieu de trois.

Le plus décevant est qu’ils remettent également en doute ma parole concernant le fait que j’avais signalé notre interdiction alimentaire, alors que j’en suis absolument certain.

De manière plus générale, le service du petit-déjeuner a été décevant tout au long du séjour. La personne en charge du petit-déjeuner s’est montrée particulièrement nonchalante. Le choix était limité et, à plusieurs reprises, les plateaux étaient presque vides. Nous avons régulièrement dû demander que les aliments soient réapprovisionnés. Certains fruits étaient déjà abîmés, voire pourris, et les œufs étaient systématiquement froids.

Concernant les installations, la piscine située sur le toit est très petite et ne correspond pas aux attentes que les photos peuvent laisser imaginer.

Tento hotel jsme si vybrali z důvodu polohy, rozhodně nedoporučuji -nikdy více, za nás zklamání.

příjemný personál na recepci (až na jednu slečnu)

před hotelem celý den stavební práce, šílený hluk, prach a špína
snídaně jedna velká tragedie - velmi malý výběr, dnes ráno už ani to ne, 2 oschlé housky, jinak nic, nebyly skleničky, nebyly hrnečky, vše chybělo, nic doplněno. Po půl hodině přišel personál, spíše se doploužil, špinavé boty zaměstnankyně, která pracuje s jídlem ani nechci komentovat.

Average stay, but the noise and unexpected extra charges affected the overall experience.
Pros:

Before our stay, I requested one double bed, and the hotel replied that they would take care of it. However, when we arrived, we were given a room with two separate single beds.
