Pros:

The room and the beds were big. Great shower. Balcony. Location right next to the metro and train station. Plaza espagna etc.

Cons:

The room is not sound proof and there was a lot of noise from the street and the other rooms until midnight.
Although the room is big, there is no proper desk or closet to be used as well as some amenities missing such as tissue paper, laundry bags etc.
At this price, (around 300 a night), one woukd expect more..

Trevlig personal och bra läge nära plaza espana
Rumliga rum och skön stor dubbelsäng.

Cons:

Vi fick rummet när precis städats och golvet var ännu blött, hår på golvet och toan inte torkad.
Ganska dyrt för vad som egentligen erbjöds men bra övernattning om man ska bo i nära anslutning till flygplatsen

Cons:

The hotel is in a great location, which made getting around really convenient. However, the stay itself was disappointing. Our bathroom was mouldy, and both the bathroom light and the safe weren’t working. We raised these issues with reception, but unfortunately nothing was resolved during our stay. On top of that, the room wasn’t particularly clean, which only added to the frustration. Overall, a good location let down by poor maintenance and service.
