would return even with the no hot water issue.
Pros:

staff excellent, pet policy required a $200 additional deposit in addition to the 20euro fee, this was not disclosed on booking. the day after I left they returned it, but it will take two days to process the return...there was no hot water in the shower and my room was directly across from the elevator. I got the sense that they gave me the worse room in the hotel BUT, I did sleep well and they did allow me to stay with my dog AND it is close to the train station Sants. They also gave him a doggie bed and two doggie bowls. So, I still liked the whole experience. They also allowed me to work in their living area downstairs, so that was convenient AND they held my luggage until it was time to go to the train.

Cons:

hot water in the shower please! the sink did have hot water so...idk what that was all about.
