Pros:

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - 5 min away from a bus stop and a metro station. There is a convenient shop close to the hotel. The service was very good, the staff was very polite and helpful, they kept our luggage for a few hours after check-out because our flight was in the evening.

Cons:

The room was a little bit small and the furniture too basic, but it is OK for a few nights. At the same time, the bathroom was huge and convenient.
The one thing we didn't like was the noise. Probably the walls are not sound-insulated very well and all the noise from speaking, walking, etc. from the other guests was very loud.

Pros:

Check-in e check-out foram feitos na recepção e foi rápido e eficiente. Acomodação confortável, limpa e quarto espaçoso para um casal. Atenção ao maps que ao chegarmos de metrô indicou um caminho por dentro um pouco esquisito, sendo que ao sair do metrô só ir sentido a ponte e em 5 minutos caminhando chega na acomodação. É localizada em um bairro residencial, sentimos segurança e de lá tem ônibus, metrô para qualquer ponto de Barcelona.

Cons:

O hotel fica bem perto do Park Guell (não dá para ir andando, mas fica há uns 5min de ônibus), mas os principais pontos turísticos de Barcelona são no centro e só dava para chegar de metrô. Barcelona é uma cidade que o metrô funciona muito bem, então, valeu a pena, mas se quer ficar bem localizado no centro turístico, não é o caso. Alem disso, as paredes do quarto estavam com aspecto de infiltradas, demonstrando má preservação do local.

Je n'est pas sejourné dans cette hotel il y avait soit disant un problème technique .
L'hotel nous a renvoyez vers un autre hotel catalonia du meme groupe a 20 min de celui ci ..
Quand nous sommes arriver au bout de 20 a 30 min le receptioniste du catalonia ramblas nous a dit que dans son hotel ce n'etait pas un probleme tecnique mais qu'il y avait plus de place.
Rebeloote nous somme repartie vers un troisieme je precise que c'est l'hotel qui nous a rediriger aprer encore 20 minute de taxi nous voila arriver au 3eme hotel du meme groupe .
Il y avait enfin de la place nous avons dormit tres peu car tout sa nous a prit environ 3h nous nous somme coucher a 3h du matin alors qu'a la base nous etions ariver a minuit au 1er hotel et nous avons payer tout de meme le prix fort de la chambre a savoir 180 euros innaceptable

Lovely pool area and hotel bar and reception. Breakfast restaurant very clean, good quality ingredients, lots of variety and nice coffee. We wished the pool area had opened before 10am. Great bar area and snack bar, serving lovely food until 22.30pm. Great staff.

Cons:

We upgraded but still felt our room was tired. It was exceptionally clean and housekeeping did a great job with clean towels etc everyday. Complimentary tea/coffee and chocolates were also a nice touch. We had a curtesy bottle of water provided in our room on our first day, but the empty bottle stayed in our room for the duration of our stay which we thought strange. The rooms can be noisy in rooms near the lifts. I wish the receptionist had asked us if we had enjoyed our stay when we checked out and had a little more conversation. She just said thank you that’s fine and continued to serve another guest, we just felt a little like … oh that’s it then!
