Прекрасно разположение, компетентен и приветлив персонал както и се потдържа чисто постоянно.

Cons:

Беше ми обещано такси от и до летище в обявата на booking.com когато запазвах хотела, но такова не беше осигурено. Вината разбира се не е на хотела - те бяха изключително коректни във всичко. Информацията в първоначалната обява на booking.com беше подвеждаща с това че включваше такси, което не получихме.
Относно хотела, единственото неприятно нещо беше силния шум от съседите когато пускаха душа. Това ме събуди първия ден в 6:30 сутринта и ми създаде дискомфорт.

Cons:

Zimmer in absolut inakzeptablem Zustand: starker Geruch, sichtbarer Schimmel und kein warmes Wasser – duschen war nicht möglich. Zudem war das Zimmer nicht sauber. Wir haben alles direkt gemeldet, aber nachts wurde keine Lösung angeboten und niemand hat sich darum gekümmert. Wir mussten unter diesen Bedingungen übernachten. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde die Buchung storniert, sodass wir nur die erste Nacht zahlen mussten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend – ich würde dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la ubicación.

Cons:

La limpieza regular. Debajo de las camas había polvo. No usan el aspirador. Los colchones regulares, se hundían bastante. El ascensor pequeño, no entra un carrito de bebé, lo tuvimos que dejar en el vestíbulo.

Milý a priateľský personál. Parkovanie v garáži hneď vedľa hotela. Pozor! K dispozícii majú len 2 parkovacie miesta.

Cons:

v izbe počuť hluk z ulice aj z chodby. Aj pri zavretých dverách počuť každého hosťa. Odporúčam na spanie štuple do uší.

It is decent, we chose the cheapest option available in our budget.
Pros:

The location was great; it was a walking distance to the marketplace and the gothic quarter. Staff was friendly and some of the backeries nearby are nice for a quick breakfast.

Cons:

The walls are extremely thin, to the point that we can hear the conversation next door, not to mention that the people next door were blasting music until 11:50pm and screaming. The overall hotel room could have been more tidy too. Also the heater is controlled centrally and because they didnt turn it on at night, it was very cold for my family.
