Quite good, really good price to performance.
Pros:

The beds were really comfy, the bathroom was spacious and everything was clean when we arrived. Check-in and check-out was smooth and there were no problems at all.

Cons:

The surroundings of the hotel was a little sketchy. It’s not the hotel’s fault but there were a lot of bad looking people in the neighbourhood. Other than that it was good.
