Komfortabler Aufenthalt, zentral an Rialto mit sehr mäßigem Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, schönes, etwas kleines Zimmer & Bad aber sehr geschmackvoll. Eines der bequemsten Betten seit langem. Hübscher kleiner Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Canal grande. Das Hotel ist über eine lange und steile Treppe bis zur 3. Etage zu erreichen, kein Aufzug (war auch so beschrieben). Für uns kein Problem aber sicher nicht für jeden geeignet).
Nettes und kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das beste am Frühstück war sicher das frische Obst im Glas. Es werden zwar Eierspeisen incl. Omlett angeboten, diese werden aber in Ermangelung einer Küche in einer Art Waffeleisen zubereitet und sind furchtbar trocken und kaum geniessbar. Die Croissants zum Frühstück sind gut, aber die Aufbackbrötchen peinlich! Säfte sind einfacher, dünner "Nektar" ... Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich aber überfordert, auch vermutlich wegen Sprachbarrieren.

Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa, o quarto e o banheiro são confortáveis em termos de tamanho, limpeza etc. A decoração é bem típica de Veneza, parece que você voltou no tempo.

Cons:

O ar condicionado central não estava funcionando bem, o quarto ficava bem quente mesmo em abril.

Сделали апгрейд номера с видом на канал и мост Реалто абсолютно бесплатно, было очень приятно
Вежливый персонал
Вкусные насыщенные завтраки с видом на Канал
Уборка каждый день
Очень теплая ванная комната
Матрасы и подушки удобные

Cons:

Лестница о который мы знали, мы были с большими чемоданами, очень сложно подниматься
Но это не минус, это наше решение выбрать данную гостиницу, мы ни о чем не пожалели
Номер и гостиница стоит этих мелких сложностей

La ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado pequeña y le falta mantenimiento. Hacía muchísimo calor, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y por el contrario, aún apagado, daba aire caliente. El secador de pelo estaba roto, pegado con cinta. Se despegó y no había forma de hacer que deje de funcionar y haga ruido. Transmitimos estos problemas al personal de turno y lo único que pudieron decir es que lo hablemos al otro día con su colega. Si te sucede algo por la noche, no hay nadie que pueda ayudarte.

Good location and great view on the main canal in Venice.
Pros:

View was great... right on the main canal so lots to watch! Location was good... close to the famous Rialto Bridge. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Although located on the main canal which was good for the view, it was loud with the boat traffic. Our room was also located right off of the breakfast dining area which felt a little awkward in the morning.
