iH Hotels Milano St. John Sesto San Giovanni

Stayed at the Hotel for 9 nights and experience was excellent. Front Office and Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is very close to the Metro station and Grocery store. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
We will stay there again when get a chance to visit.

We are a family of five staying in this hotel for our Milan leg of the trip. After Rome, Montserrat, and Barcelona, this is definitely our most comfortable stay. Our room is located in 7th floor, both are clean and spacious with plenty of towels provided and a bathrobe included.

The highlight is the absolutely impeccable service. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kindly accomodated our request to stay in the same floor (we booked two rooms). The food and drinks in the room service are reasonably priced, and even then there is a supermarket nearby if you would like other options. The room also has hot water kettle and a fridge for your groceries.

Overall, a stay and service befitting of a four star hotel. Would recommend this hotel, especially the 7th floor, for fellow travellers with families. I hope you get the same friendly receptionist that we got!

A bad 2stars hotel.
Small room, dirty. Bathroom from an other decade and dirty. Regarding breakfast… better go to grab something at a gas station.

Our stay at iH Milano St John was honestly such a great experience from our arrival the team made sure to do something extra special for my partner who’s birthday it was, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great! The hotel was very nice, clean and cosy. The hotel staff cleaned the room to a great standard every single day and were very polite. The breakfast was tasty and was consistently replenished which helps if you are coming for breakfast at various times of the morning. If catching public transport it is a bit of a walk to each metro but still within walking distance with the option of 2 stations. I Really liked this hotel and would definitely recommend.

The hotel facilities and staff were very good but the area was run down and not very clean. Metro station was walkable but we did not feel safe walking back to the hotel late at night.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je trouve qu'il y a quelque bémols. Je voudrais d'abord remercier le personnel de l'accueil qui était très bien, a l'écoute et bienveillant toujours au service de la clientèle. Le point positif c'est qu'il est situé à proximité du métro et détiens un parking souterrain pour dix euros par jour quand même pour un pour un hôtel quatre étoiles j'aurais préféré qu'il soit gratuit. Par contre concernant la chambre j'ai pris une chambre double deluxe un peu petite à mon goût. J'ai rencontré quelques soucis dans la chambre notamment avec la climatisation que je ne vous pouvais pas régler moi-même, et le coffre de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas. La personne de l'accueil est venue régler la climatisation mais ce n'était pas suffisante et il était bruyant. Pour le coffre fort il manquait une pile, qui a été remplacé mais le coffre ne fonctionnait toujours pas et il n'y avait pas de notice. Dommage.
Concernant le petit déjeuner qui est inclus, j'ai trouvé que le choix était limité. Je m'attendais à mieux.

You have to walk around 750 m from nearest metro. Hotel is situated on a clean area and is on yhe main road. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helpful and receptionist was available late evening also.
Wash cabin in washroom was so small that little obese person will get stuck. In summer time when I travelled, the airconditioner was not working well and we swet the entire night.

excellent accommodation if you are visiting Milan

Als 4 sterren hotel zijn mijn verwachtingen hoger.
Het is een prima hotel, maar de kamer waar wij verbleven zou de afwerking van de badkamer beter kunnen en kijk dan ook nog even naar de raambekleding. De oppervlakte van de kamer was niet al te groot, maar als we hier een langere periode zouden verblijven dan is het beperkt.
Ontbijtbuffet was prima, maar ook daar de moet je qua 4 sterren meer van kunnen maken.
Parkeren kun je voor €10 per dag onder het hotel doen, bij de uitcheck werd er netjes gevraagd of we de auto nog even lieten staan of dat we gelijk vertrokken (dat vind ik service om deze mogelijkheid te bieden).
Prima hotel als je deze zou gebruiken als door reis hotel.

The staff were good, spoke good english, it was hard to find the hotel. It is way off the highway.

Das Essen ist ein Alptraum. Wenn ganze Geschichte nicht wäre dann wäre ROM einfach nur ein Getto. mal gesehen OK. Mehr auch nett. In der Türkei ist das Essen Top. Hotel TOP ....Türkei werde ich wieder mehr bereisen

We stayed there from 11-13 of July, the hotel is clean, staff is good and helpful, the area is safe and has the metro station like a 5 minute walk. The only reason I am giving this score is because the AC and small fridge did not work properly and my son has refrigerated medicine that he needs ro take. I talked to the staff and they could not do anything for us. If you don’t mind a warm room and don’t use the fridge you are good.

A ‘double bed’ room is just two single frames shoved together with two separate mattresses and bedding. Each night/morning you wake up falling down between the two.

Hotel un pò datato, ho avuto una stanza senza bidet, 12 min dalla metro Rossa Marelli. Colazione buona. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza confortevole. Quello che proprio ho trovato insopportabile è che l'aria condizionata non funzionasse e che nonostante i solleciti nessuno abbia fatto nulla per risolvere la cosa. Nella settimana più calda dell'estate di Milano lo trovo inaccettabile.
