Pros:

Hotel centralissimo, nella piazza di Mestre, a pochi passi dalla fermata dei mezzi pubblici per Venezia.
Colazione abbondante e varia.
Stanza ampia e bagno comodissimo

Cons:

L'albergo è davvero bello, l'unico difetto è nell'accoglienza del personale, in alcuni elementi quasi infastidito.
Solo la signora alla reception si è dimostrata disponibile e sorridente.

Lovely place to stay. The staff went beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Pros:

The picture is not the location we stayed at. Ours was away from the city Center. Needed a taxi to get there from train station. We liked the natural area around the property . It was a lovely area to explore. It was easy to take the bus back to the train station.

Cons:

Quite a distance from train station.

Sehr guter und günstiger Standort für einen Trip nach Venedig
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone. Ideal, um z.B. mit der Tram nach Venedig zu fahren. Bars, Restaurants und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter:innen waren durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas beengt, so daß es bei starkem Andrang leicht zu Wartezeiten kommen kann.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación en Mestre, cerca de la terminal de tranvía (T1) y bus (L4) que te dejaran en unos 20 minutos en Mestre. Desayuno correcto. Habitación cómoda pero algo pequeña para dos adultos y un chico de 18 años.

Great situation and good value for money.
Pros:

Nice hotel in the city center. Very friendly and welcoming personnnel. Excellent breakfast. Large and comfortable room with all amenities. Clean and calm.
Due to its location, there is no parking available nearby, though the parking proposed within 5 minutes walk is acceptable. The owners should however try to find an agreement with local authorities in order to grant access to the hotel for charging/uncharging the luggage when travelling by car.
