No car access you need to walk with your laugage at least 10 minutes. We were at an additional old building with a very strange lift.

Great place and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was delightful, hotel room and bathroom were impeccably clean, the staff were friendly and amicable and had great recommendations for us. Shoutout to Giussepe and Jacoba aka Music- Without them we wouldn't have gone to tour the best part of the trip, which was the Giardina della Biennale! Great part of town in the local piazza with immediate access to food/grocery/transportation.

Cons:

Bathroom light could not be turned off, lights in general in the rooms were either full-blast wake the **** up, or completely dark, there was no in between. They could use a few smaller lamps in my opinion. Twin bed room didn't have a plug by one of the beds- A slight inconvenience. We paid $150 USD per night for two people to share a basic hotel room with twin beds, plus breakfast included. Seems ever-so-slightly steep considering we weren't even on the Venice island and had to tram/bus in every day. Then again, the breakfast (@ $5 per person per day), likely saved us a good bit of money over eating anywhere else.
