Pani na recepcji to prawdziwa wizytówka hotelu. Już od progu sprawia, że czujesz się mile widzianym gościem i wiesz, że dobrze trafiłeś.
Szefowa jadalni szczerze troszczy się o potrzeby każdego gościa, dbając o każdy szczegół poranka.
Serwis sprzątający, czyli cisi bohaterowie hotelu – niezwykle dyskretni, a przy tym bardzo skuteczni. Czystość jest tu na najwyższym poziomie.
Co nas zachwyciło?
Lokalizacja: Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum starówki w Mestre. Jest to baza idealna – klimatyczne otoczenie, a jednocześnie świetny dojazd do samej Wenecji autobusem lub tramwajem (przystanki niemal "za rogiem").
Komfort pokoi: Nasz pokój 4-osobowy był bardzo przestronny. Świetnym rozwiązaniem było przedzielenie przestrzeni, co dawało poczucie intymności. Łazienka również duża i dobrze urządzona.
Śniadania: Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Ogromny plus za to, że menu wychodzi poza klasyczne włoskie „dolce” . Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Italy. It was extremely quiet, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my entire stay.
The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was generous, fresh, and offered a wide variety of options. It was the perfect way to start each day.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a peaceful atmosphere in Italy. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent breakfast and wonderful location. Very attentive staff.
Camera elegante con pulizia impeccabile, tutti i servizi che servono, un comodissimo bagno (con bidet). Molto silenzioso la notte. La colazione a buffet era abbondantissima. Molto comodo il servizio di parcheggio (in garage convenzionato poco distante). Ottima la posizione per stare in centro a Mestre e cenare nei vari ristoranti attorno e anche per raggiungere Venezia tramite autobus che passa davanti al garage (molto più comodo che andarci in treno visto che la stazione è un po' distante). Molto bene anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Location is absolutely great, the room is very clean, but small and cold. Breakfast would be great if the food is warm and fruit ripe.

Cleanliness was outstanding throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered great variety every morning.
