Great stay in Treviso
Pros:

Beautiful room with AC - much needed in the summer heat. Hotel set in beautiful piazza, near to transport links to Venice and Treviso airport links. Great breakfast with plenty of food choices. Would stay again.

Nous avons aimés l'ensemble : propreté, équipement, emplacement et rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Les comportements de certains membres du personnel n'étaient malheureusement pas très accueillants. Bien que nous soyons des étrangers francophones dans votre pays, il existe toujours des moyens de communiquer, même à travers le langage non verbal.
Un simple sourire, un regard bienveillant ou une attitude chaleureuse peuvent faire toute la différence. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas ressenti cette proximité avec votre équipe. Le personnel nous a paru froid, méfiant et peu enclin à échanger. Les réponses étaient brèves, sans réelle volonté d'engager la conversation, ce qui nous a donné l'impression que la communication avec les clients n'était pas une priorité.
C'est un point qui, selon nous, mériterait d'être amélioré afin d'offrir une expérience plus agréable aux visiteurs, quelle que soit leur langue.

Perfect stay !!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help in every way. We had the Loft and the Aircon upstairs was playing up and they swiftly gave us a second room. Great location very easy to.get around.

Cons:

I would have liked to see more hot food options in the breakfast options.

Beliggenheden var perfekt. Nemt at komme til fra parkeringskælderen under et supermarked. Historisk stemning og vildt god morgenmad med mange kager 😃

Super schön . Venedig ist immer eine Reise wert .
Pros:

Wenn man das Frühstück nicht dazu bucht ist am Eingang eine Frühstücksbar .Sehr italienisch und gut .
Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss . Klimaanlage , perfekt für zwei Personen und sehr schönen , modernen Bad .
Die Lage des Hotels ist in der historischen Altstadt . Das Preis-Leistung Verhältniss war top .

Cons:

Alles war o.k. . Man sollte sich nur im klaren darüber sein , dass man von Mestre immer erst mit Bus oder Bahn nach Venedig fahren muß . Wenn man ein Zeitfenster hat sollte genau geplant werden was man sehen will .

Wonderful hotel with outstanding service in the heart of Mestre
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Al Vivit! We spent four nights here, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

The hotel was a perfect and peaceful retreat from the Italian summer heat. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well air-conditioned—something we truly appreciated during the hot weather. The housekeeping service was excellent, and we always returned to a fresh, tidy room and bathroom. We also felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay.

The reception staff were truly exceptional. The gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They were always happy to assist us with anything we needed, helped us arrange everything, and gave us many great recommendations on places to visit and the best ways to get there. We could also conveniently purchase public transport and airport shuttle tickets directly at the hotel.

On our final day, we had to check out very early in the morning and unfortunately missed breakfast. However, the night receptionist thoughtfully offered us coffee before we left. It was such a kind and considerate gesture, and it perfectly reflected the wonderful level of care we experienced throughout our stay.

Hotel Al Vivit is a truly special place in the heart of Mestre, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Despite reading that Mestre is “just a stopover on the way to Venice,” we found it charming, beautiful, and absolutely worth exploring. We would love to return someday.

Thank you once again for making our stay so memorable and for providing such outstanding service!

Pros:

O atendimento é especial. O quarto é novo e o café da manhã é espetacular. Já é a nossa segunda vez neste hotel! Maravilhoso.

Établissement de qualité et très bien placé qui permet d aller à Venise directement
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, nous étions dans le loft, la chambre était très spacieuse et bien climatisée.
Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et copieux et le personnel adorable
